    Rarely am I left with a sence of being treated as family, more than a customer. But that is exactly how Neptuna does business!This cozy little watering whole in the middle of the life- and musicpumping city by the sea, called Patong, manages to give breathing from both noise and pace from the never sleeping partyscene.The accomodation is solid way above par for the price. You have everything need ind your room or within two minutes walking distance. Even if you are heading for the beatifull beach with the most calm waters, you are better off taking the 5 minutes walk than boarding a tuk tuk and spend double that time maneuvering through traffic.But where this place truly shines, is its service. Every single member of staff is genuinly treating you as the respect your person more than your wallets content. It is not the stiff "buttlerrish" service that I associate with british upperclass, nor the overly humble service that makes me feel akward, as if they somehow fear me. Within minutes of arrival this felt like a safe place in a town running full steam ahead with everything you can possibly imagine. Should i ever revisit Patong, the only mandatory thing on my list, is to book Neptuna by Maduzi as my personal little home away from home.

    This is a very clean excellent hotel. Stayed for 3 weeks. Clean secure and inexpensive.Central patong, busy clean and safe. Stayed here 3 times now. Forget the pool. Its 5 mins from the beach. Staff are nice. If have any issues here - you are an over spoilt entitled idiot .Excellent.

    Average for a three star hotel, the ambience was fine, it wasnt noisy on being near to some very noisy street,the pool looked good but we didn't have enough time to try it out, the room was fine to sleep after a hectic day of activities but some kind of smell was always there in the toilet.

    Worst service, didn’t provide towel even inform them 3 times. Fridge doesn’t work.No pick up call. Can’t read English well. We wait for towel for almost 2 hour. And fridge still doesn’t fix for us. The receptionist express unwilling face when we contact.

    You cannot see the bottom of the 2.5 meter deep pool, that is how bad the water is (surrounding hotels had beautiful pools). The smallest TV I have had in a hotel that I can remember, but since the cable TV never worked I didn't have a picture to see anyway (surrounding hotels all had working cable). I was told it would be all be taken care of, but it never was. I cancelled the final 2 nights here and moved to a surrounding hotel.
