Location

This holiday village provides easy access to Banyan Tree Golf Course and other nearby tourist attractions, such Bang Tao Beach, Layan Beach and Surin Beach (all around 500 metres away). This magnificent location is well-suited to people who want to rest in the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere with beloved ones, friends and family. Guests will find Lotus restaurants and shops around 1200 m from the design hotel and Phra Thong or Phra Pud temples are 1500 m away. Phuket International airport is approximately 15 km from the finca.

Facility

The property includes 11 villas/houses as well as 19 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use.     Do not stay at this hotel if you don’t want to listen to constant construction noise

    I have stayed at this hotel chain several times before, in different villas, and I was always absolutely delighted with my experience. However, this stay was truly disappointing. It seems that the manager of this particular property is extremely careless or simply very greedy, because treating guests this way is unacceptable for a hotel that wants to protect its reputation.How could they rent out a villa when there is constant construction happening right next to it? Starting from 8:30 in the morning, we were forced to listen to nonstop noise. Thank you, I love sleeping in on vacation, but in this villa I had no choice but to wake up at 8:30 every day to the sound of construction.Then we discovered that the pool pump wasn’t working, and by the fourth day the water had already turned cloudy. Thankfully, the pump was replaced the day before our departure. Yes, the water cleared up, but it turned green afterward… As if that wasn’t enough, the toilet on the first floor didn’t work at all and wouldn’t flush. The pool lights also stopped working for a while, although that issue was eventually fixed.We asked to be moved to another villa, but everything was fully booked. In the end, there were far too many problems caused by the hotel, and I honestly expected them to offer at least a complimentary transfer as compensation, but of course, that never happened.

    A Wonderful Place To Stay

    I stayed at this villa with family from Australia and the UK, including one 3yo child. The villa was comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool was a good size and always clean. The staff at the villa were really lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping arrived every day to ensure that we always had beds made and linen changed. Bangtao is approximately 30 minutes away from Patong and easily accessible by tuktuk. A good tip, everyone in Thailand has WhatsApp, so exchange details with a driver and this can be a regular and cheaper way to get around. The Pit was a great restaurant in Bangtao (about 5-10 minutes away from the villa), great food and customer service where we were able to drop off laundry, have a meal and collect the laundry all at the same place.

    Wow what can I say villa is absolutely stunning . Very clean and spacious. We stayed here for 18 days to do absolutely nothing and that’s what we did. We had the Seafood BBQ delivered and it was delicious well worth the money. Also the team of cleaners were lovely and done a very good job. There must be a mosque near by as we could hear the call of prayer ALOT. So I drowned it out with my music. The only suggestion I would make is to have a handrail on the stairs & cushions for the sun loungers Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back next year!

    This is our 2nd time stay in this property. Villas are nice and clean. The lobby staffs are really helpful. Managed car rental very promptly. My kids are fond of this place as they enjoy the private pool a lot. Breakfast choice is good. Still 2 more days to go. Hopefully shall have the sane pleasant experience. Shall visit again

    The area is deserted and honestly scary to walk around this area. No local markets, stalls, Family Mart’s or 7 11’s. This area is remote and can only order taxi’s between 8am and 5pm. The staff are rude and not sympathetic at all. There were no chairs on the bedroom balconies and the only outdoor chairs that are old, falling apart beach tanning chairs. 2 only. The beds are hard as a rock and the air conditioning units leak all over the floors. There is NO room service or on site eating facilities. I understand that Covid 19 was hard on this community but in the advertisement on booking.com they have chairs on the balconies. They don’t inform you that they are only open between 8am and 5pm.
