Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in the heart of Kata Beach, about 150 m from a beach. There are a number of shops nearby. Phuket (HKT) Airport is approximately 50 km away.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 255 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Sport

Filled with soothing salt water, the indoor and outdoor pools ensure comfortable swimming. There is also a children's pool. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. A wellness area with a spa is available at the resort. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes a café. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. The complex offers a wide range of catering options. Half board and full board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers picnics.

    The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was great. The complimentary breakfast buffet every morning was huge and tastey. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Merlyn who was so pleasant! The resort is minutes from the beach and across the street from a nice night market.     What a great place for kids

    Great location with so much to do within just steps outside the lobby. Kata street food about 100 ft away, beach is so close, great for the kids, breakfast was so good for all our picky eaters. The pools were so clean and warm. Will definitely come here again!     A happy well run, fun packed family hotel.

    Our second stay here. We returned to a very special check in and immediatly remembered how happy and attentive all the staff here are. Without exception you feel the happy vibe that goes around. The staff here are very special.The hotel shares a good location with the main street right outside, but in the grounds of the hotel you feel quite remote. There is a back gate that leads to the local beach just 2 minutes away.We had some nice lunches here, the breakfasts have a huge variety. The rooms are clean and modern and serviced to a very good standard.Next door is the famous Prego Italian restaurant which is highly reccomended.
