Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities.
