Location

Located directly beside the sea, this beach hotel and bungalow complex is situated in Phuket close to the tourist centre of the city. The island of Ko Yao may easily be reached by boat in just 45 minutes and it takes approximately 15 minutes by car to reach the marina from the airport. From the marina, it is then a further hour's drive (around 20 km) to get to the hotel.

Facility

The resort has 70 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A tumble dryer is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy beach volleyball and fishing. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Water sports available at the resort include canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, squash and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and anti-ageing treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. At breakfast and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. The menu also offers diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in Jan 2026. We got the speed boat from Krabi we really wished we had stayed longer. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was perfect. Our room was on level 3 and we had the most amazing view. I actually was emotional when I saw the room and the view. It really was everything I had dreamed it would be. The room is not opulent and over the top it really blends into the surrounding environment which is the real star of the show! The food was lovely and breakfast was especially good. Every single member of staff we met were incredible and the manager should be proud of his team. We also had a couples massage which was fabulous. I also did the yoga both mornings by the sea which was a lovely experience. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat and often find myself thinking of this place and how truly relaxing it was and wishing I was there. We loved our time here! Gorgeous beach, clear water (v v warm!) (a few jellyfish to be aware of). We had a plunge pool room overlooking the beach (242)- view from our bedroom was outstanding and outdoor shower too! My wife and I stayed for 7 nights at the beginning of April. We really did have an amazing time at Paradise. We had room 281 and what a view it has over the bay! The staff were very friendly - however we would say that in the main restaurant some definitely work harder than others.The food is good, we stuck to Thai most nights just to try the local dishes really... Went went on the Island Hopping excursion, the guide Adam was fantastic and very informative. This is just personal preference, but we found the bed a bit too firm for our liking.The nature around the resort is incredible - we had a resident Tokay Gecko in our room that made regular appearances, the Hornbills are fun to watch and one evening got to see a flying squirrel.
