Was moved here because of airspace closure it was ok didn’t smell the best and the windows didn’t open hair in the bath and all over the bedroom floor breakfast was terrible was booked in for 5 nights but checked out after one night.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on arrival the reception team were polite and quickThe room was good size nice bed and nice bathroom all very clean. The breakfast was OKThe evening buffet was excellent. Just two big issues. First people constantly around the clock slamming there room doors. So bad it makes the whole hotel shake..and asia family's letting there nightmare kids run around the corridors all night. And in the room.s above mine..If you want peace and relaxed time this is not the best.One other thing the wifi is awful....its public not secure and constantly go off.One other thing phuket town is waste off time...4 hours and your done..

We stayed on the top floor, with two connecting rooms.The rooms were very dated as was the hotel itself, if you want lux…… don’t come here.Breakfast was a real disappointment, especially after just coming from Singapore.Location was good for a short walk to Old Phuket Town, but I struggle to really have another positives to say.And…. The showers…. Very good water pressure and temperature, just don’t expect privacy. If someone is having a shower and the bathroom light is on, you can see everything…….. I mean everything.

Great location for old town Phuket but the hotel itself is a little dated and the breakfast could do with improvements, the rooms themselves were good enough especially considering we were out most of the time, the shower pressure was amazing and was the best shower I had in Thailand.The staff were amazing and were very helpful on any questions or queries that we had and made us feel very welcome.

Ok if you want to stay near Old Phuket

I chose this hotel only because my partner was hospitalized for over 16 days in a hospital near the hotel. Quite honestly, there weren't many hotels that close to the hospital (which I would want to stay in), and this one fit the bill. There's nothing outstanding about the hotel, however there's nothing terrible either! The pros for the hotel:The English spoken by the staff is often limited, however I found them universally friendly, which goes a long way in making a stay pleasant! The wifi was strong, I was able to watch Netflix without problems, plus facetime daily with family back home. Bedding absolutely fine, as was the bed.The cons would be the breakfast, which was only adequate, not much more. Very limited selection. The food at the restaurant for diners was rather bland. My time in the Phuket was incredibly stressful, with daily visits to the hospital. The hotel worked for me as a place I could sleep comfortably at the end of each day.
