First stay and excellent experience

My wife and me staid at the hotel due to a family visit in the area. While we usually stay at resorts like Amari or Amatara for relaxation, this time it was Important to us to stay close to the family home in town. We choose the Ramada for their good reviews and close proximity to our family and in that sense were not really targeting a special tourist or beach location.Given our intent and reasons for choosing Ramada, we were not disappointed at all. Free Parking is available, partially underground (was important as it rained heavily all week), rooms are large enough, clean and well equipped and maintained with all aminities you would expect. Specially notable is the very friendly and attentive staff, no matter housekeeping, receptionist or restaurant.Breakfast offers a good selection of various foods, we did not get an opportunity to test the dining. The hotel location is also quite close to the large shopping mall Central in Phuket, which was convenient for us too.Lastly price /value ratio is very good in our opinion and also worth a recommendation. All in all an excellent experience in the week we staid without any disappointments at all. Will definitely consider this hotel again for the same reasons as mentioned above. I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza Phuket for two weeks, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel service was absolutely amazing one of a kind. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help.A special mention to Mr. Tee and his team, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.The food was excellent throughout my stay, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety and quality every day. Loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. It has a classy and chic vibe to it which I loved. The staff were all so nice and accomodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy to reach any attractions in Phuket. They also so kindly helped us with airport pickup and drop-off. Overall really nice experience.
