    First of all, the room was not bad at all. Anyways, considering the location, the front desk staff, the furnitures, it wasn't the best place I've been sleeping to.The price was honestly cheap, nevertheless I expected a little more.

    This is my 3rd time in this hotel. Mostly I'm quite satisfied with the room I pay for. Location is good as it id closed to 2 convenient stores ( Lotus and 7-11 ) WIFI is good. However cleanliness is need to be improved since there's still some soap and shampoo container left over from previous guest in the bathroom when I checked in. This time I do not get a room 3rd floor according to my request before my arrival that make me a bit disappointed.

    Spacious room with a quite big fridge and a microwave in room that make everything comfortable. There's also a big in-room balcony. Close to 24 hrs. convenient stores no matter 7-11 or Lotus Express which are just opposite the hotel. Many street side stalls nearby during evening and night time, so not to worry about where to eat. WIFI is good.Hotel is not located in the central of Phuket Town but close to the airport by 10-15 mins driving.

    This hotel is neat and Clean but services are very less. All basic services. The only Advantage of this hotel is Market area nearby & the hotel Staff at the counter understands English unlike other majority of hotels in phuket. You will not get Soap bar in bathroom they only keep shower gel.There is no kettle in room which is quite disappointing. No breakfast service. So i am giving 3 stars.

    In the middle of nowhere but nice hotel

    We stayed here for 2 nights before our flight to Bangkok. The hotel is quiet, modern, spacious and clean. We were very happy with the room, very comfy bed too. The only downside of this place is that it's just in the middle of nowhere. It's in distance to beaches ect, but a cab journey away, and you have to book through the hotel to do this as there's none in the area= Expensive. No restaurants nothing. Just a 7/11 and a tesco lotus (THANK GOD) as we would of starved!!! But honestly, just probably a good place for a business trip. Another point, this place is relatively new. Nobody knows where it is. We spent hours with a taxi driver who spoke little English trying to take us here. NO BODY KNOWS. If you are staying here please Just give the taxi driver the hotels phone number so that they can call and get directions in their language. Anyway- on a good note it's a great hotel!
