  Just what I needed during my short 3 day visit to patong, small but clean & well maintained rooms in quiet area nearby Patong Beach, great value for price, would stay here again if ever to return to Patong.

  I booked a 1 night stay in this hotel through Agoda unfortunately I booked the wrong night (my fault) I only found out when I went to check in. The woman at the reception offered me an upgraded room for 600 baht which I thought was nice. Gave her 1000 she had no change said I would get it later and gave me the room key. The room she gave me was on the 3rd floor this was supposed to be an upgraded room, the room was tiny and filthy. The bedding was supposed to be white but was full of stains, the pillows had yellow stains all over them and no pillow covers in place, the towels were old and worn and full of holes.the shower room floor was soaking. The walls were filthy. I went back to the reception and asked for my money back as I was not staying there. I was told I would get no refund as they had now had written a receipt out by hand that can’t be cancelled . I spoke to the manager on the phone he said if you don’t like it just go but these no refund as if I was to blame. The reception called the police (don’t know what it had to do with them) there was no raised voices etc. The police came, the manager said the best he can do is give me a new room which was the room I had originally booked. This room was okay but still worn and filthy looking. The hotel is on a building site. Would avoid this hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I’m traveling a lot.

  Helpful Staff and Nice Room

  We transferred to this hotel after 3 days of stay from Raha Grand Hotel as planned and the first thing I noticed was the bed was very big, much bigger for just the 2 of us. The room was also clean and we have a safe where we can put our passports and important belongings. I also love the dresser and the small terrace where we could hung our clothes if we wash them. I also love their pool, we only were able to try the small one for an hour since they will not allow anybody to swim at 9pm onwards. I wished we could stay overnight and enjoy the pool longer though. When we were trying to make mango float and we borrowed knife from the receptionist, they willingly lent us one. They also helped us with the shuttle service that will bring us to the airport when we left.

  Adequate price, relatively convenient for living area. There is a tiny pool, which is more likely to be called a large bathtub and a small rocking room with a couple of three exercise machines and a set of dumbbells. Of the minuses - if you do not use a rental bike, then the location is far from the places of the gulba or the beach. Therefore, I recommend it only if riding a motorbike is not a problem for you and you are 100% going to rent it. also have bars in front of the hotel.

  Really clean and nce place, loved the pool and gym and the bed was comfy. I loved the location towards the hills but unfortunetely Tuk tuk drivers had absolutely no idea where it is though which got annoying.
