Location

The resort is situated between a tropical lagoon and the sparkling Andaman Sea. It is just 20 min from Patong and 25 min from the city of Phuket and its airport.

Facility

Units include 80 junior suites, 8 suites, 94 single rooms and 158 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, translation services, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector. 4 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy golf. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, squash and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include 5 restaurants, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had a fantastic experience at SAii Laguna Phuket. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning — waking up steps from the beach made the whole trip feel special.The food was delicious, the pool was great, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.A special shoutout to Miki, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Miki! 😊Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!

    Saii Laguna was a complete disaster for us. If you are traveling with children just avoid., else u will spend your stay in the nearby clinic, I did see a previous reviews pertaining humidity concerns and bad service , but I tried to avoid it. I got trapped, rooms too humid‘s very disappointing for five star hotel far below expectations.

    We stayed for 10 days, family of 6, kids ranging from 19, 17, 14, 12. They loved the pool and were in it ever day rain or shine. It was a lovely hotel and very clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day. We had breakfast included and the breakfast was from every continent and very well cooked. But the staff are what made our stay. Gade from the front desk knew our names from day 1 and was very interested in what we did every day. The staff from the main restaurant and bar were exceptional. They accommodated our large family at the beach restaurant without a problem when it rained and they knew what we were all drinking. The tour operators were very knowledgable and we went on several excursions knowing we were getting quality service and taxis and shuttle buses were arranged when needed. If i had to have one negative (which isnt the hotel) it was the beach, there was a lot of litter and the beach at our hotel wasnt open but further down the beach we could play in the water. Overall this was a fantastic hotel and it was the staff that made it even better.     ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Bangtao Beach. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and plenty of activities to enjoy throughout our stay. There was always something fun to do, making it a perfect destination for both relaxation and adventure.The restaurant was fantastic, and every meal we had was delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.What truly made our experience special was the outstanding staff.
