    Although it's not the high level of Santhyia Koh pangan, while the place needs maintenance work, the staff provides wonderful service.Boom from the restaurant and Molly from check in deserve a special mention for their wonderful professionalism, patience, and utmost service!and we had a fun and tasty cooking class with a master chef and a lovely and relaxing massage!

    Even we were stay only 2 days and 1 night but the experience was good. The room is so beautiful and cozy. The price of the food at the restaurants not too expensive. The staff is very nice, friendly, and very helpful. I told them I lost my earphone and they found it and got it back to me within 15mins, teamwork is incredible. Especially with Khun Au, she was very nice and kind. She’s helping us since the first step until last, always had a smile on her face and ready to help at anytime, best staff. The resort very lucky to have her as one of the staff! Unfortunately, I can stay only 1 night but next time I’ll stay longer so I could enjoy every corner of the resort more than this.

    Beautiful hotel with amazing views and very relaxing atmosphere. The villas and pools are stunning, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole island feels peaceful and private. Perfect place to relax for a few days away from busy Phuket.Breakfast was good too.

    Stunning resort overlooking an unreal view of the sea and surrounding islands!The check-in process was next level - drinks and snacks included ! The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, as was the A La Carte dinner which all included live entertainment each day. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, especially Irwen - thanks all! Our deluxe sea view room was definitely deluxe and we had everything we needed. We could use the paddleboards/ kayak on the beach for free for 30 mins and we also hired an underwater scooter in the pool which was great fun for everyone ! We will definitely use Santhiya again!

    We stayed at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai in March for 2 nights with friends and honestly wished we had booked longer. From the moment we arrived by speedboat to the resort’s private jetty, the whole experience felt special. The welcome we received was warm and seamless, and the setting is simply breathtaking.The attention to detail throughout the resort is incredible — traditional Thai woodwork, beautiful landscaping and stunning views everywhere you look. Our room was truly unforgettable. Waking up to nothing but sea views from the balcony felt like paradise, and the huge bath overlooking the ocean was unlike anything we’ve experienced before.Everything about this place felt peaceful, luxurious and unique. It’s one of those hotels that genuinely lives up to the photos. We left already wanting to come back.
