    Amazing place and even better people

    Totally utterly amazing amazing peopleI got robbed in Phi Phi. We had to sort out my laptop and I had nothing. Everything was on the phone that got lost. The people in this hotel saved my life!!!!they were amazing and I will never forget it. Thanks to Paue the general manager, and all of the staff. If there is anywhere to stay in Phuket, this is the place. People are so lovely and so invested, brilliant place, great people. If you want to feel safe and have a great place to stay then this is the one! Thank you everyone for helping me!

    Room was o.k., but I found the policy regarding check out wanting. I pre-paid for 3 nights, but circumstances required I check out a day early. This was cash, and not through any other entity. Was told the policy was no refunds. I could have paid one night at a time and would have avoided the issue. Next time in Phuket I will avoid the issue by staying elsewhere. Restaurant was adequate, Room was OK, but pretty worn.

    well where do I start , the Wi-Fi was crap, hardly couldn’t watch a movie it would stop start all the time. The towels for Raggy . you’ll also have to pay for your pool towels and if you wanted extra towels. Most of all that upset us was the lack of security . ( as you see below in the photo the wee book that they had in the hotel , on the first sentence it said - if something goes missing they take no responsibility at all if you lose anything in your room .. The locks on the doors where old key style pushbutton ones not good security at all .. we did asked for our money back they refused our refund , we left after two days of how five night booking.. The manager wouldn’t even come out of his room to address our concerns , the poor lady at reception who was a lovely sweet girl who had to deal with our concerns, we feel sorry for her because of this. no coffee and tea / no Face cloth‘s or hand towels or soap , lacked the minimum .. they did shift us to another room, A slightly better room but no better security .. 25 minutes walk to town in real hot heat, Location wasn’t good , no real restaurants nearby... The pool photos look good as photos of rooms tho lacked quality and tired . you need to take your suitcases up stairs and ramp at 100 m away. any items taken from room is charged for. 500 bt security fee held for room key also. everything felt cheap , eg worn out freyed towels n you pay for standard issue at other hotels. I’d avoid this out of it place.

    I stayed in a Superior double which was a large room.Everything worked fine. Good lighting, fairly quiet airconand the TV had a number of english speaking channels. The bed had clean linens with the typical firm mattress. There was adequate hanging and storage space as well as bench space.The bathroom was spacious with a segregated shower recess. Hot water with adequate pressure.I had no problems. For the price you can't go wrong. Happy to stay again.

    First impressions on arrival, staff at the front desk where not helpful & couldn't even be polite. Thai people just dont care about customer service. They don't care that you saved your money to spend in their country & you are looking for a good experience. So dont be surprised on arrival. Cleaning maid - very sweet & always smiling, but they clean the rooms really late. Your hotel room floor is dirty. You have to wear flip flops in the room. Location - Fantastic if you have a bike, which we did. Its central to lovely restaurants, close to hair dresses & coffee shops as well as some safe cheap eats. Weekend Markets are not far either as well as 3 shopping centres are all within a short distance or bus ride. To visit all the beach area's - you can via 2 buses. I did this & it was great on the way there, but a mission on the way back. I took a taxi to Patong as well & Taxi to Karon. In the end we hired a bike - Make sure you have your international license and ask for a helmet. Take a video of the bike so you can prove you did not damage the bike,
