Location

The club resort is embedded in the hillside of this rugged coastline and offers wonderful views through the trees of the ever-changing moods of the Andaman Sea. Patong Beach and Karon Beach are both 5 minutes from the hotel on public transport. Phuket International Airport is approximately 50 km away.

Facility

The complex has 44 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Dining facilities include a restaurant with a smoking area, a dining room, a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Beware!!!! Dishonest restaurant staff and management. Unbeknownst to me, the server double tapped my debit card on the payment machine, and then inserted my card into the payment machine and requested my PIN for payment. When I discovered the triple charge on my card the next day, I phoned the resort and asked for a refund for the extra 2 false charges. They acknowledged that the 2 extra charges were indeed processed, and said they would issue refunds, but the refund would take some time, which I agreed to.After a month and still no refund, I contacted SCB to ask for assistance. They contacted the resort and received assurances that the refunds would be issued. It has now been over 2 months, and still no refund. I have emailed the resort numerous times, but have received no response whatsoever.All of this information is true and can be verified. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place due to their questionable business practices

    The hotel is old. It’s just 2*Rooms are not cleaning properly. Personal doesn’t speak English well. The bathroom is not working properly. Hot water finishing after 1 minute. Pool is so small

    Overall beautiful location and stunning views however, NEVER sign any “receipt s” given to you by the restaurant staff as they are VERY badly organised, we have payed our bill EVEY. SINGEL. DAY. Had PROOF of all payments yet when it was time to check out they said we owe them 610bhat, for what?! Then they said you have signed as “not payed yet” , clearly an error on their behalf on forgetting to tick me off as PAYED when I have!! Even tho I have showed them all the proof they would not let go of me made me feel like a thief yet all the proof was on my banking transactions, very disappointed, not a very nice goodbye so be aware of this. Also bathroom drains stunk so much it was unbearable. Not impressed with the outcome.

    I had a fantastic time at this hotel. For me the fact it is set away from.tye town is a big plus. It was quiet at night, whilst having amazing views of the beautiful sea and scenery.The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, the breakfast is superb, and the room is spotless. Taxis are needed to go to places, but they are inexpensive and efficient.
