    The hotel is such a lovely and refreshing stay. The price is amazing for what you get, the rooms are perfect and the actual design of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel reception staff were especially helpful and went above and beyond for us, they really made the stay even better, Ai, Dawut and yee were amazing taking care of our needs and just overall so friendly.     Staff are first rate! Ms Ai and her fellow ladies on Reception are just so helpful to us, as senior guests. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are clean. Showers hot. Air con cold. Housekeeping staff first class. Curtains need a wash though. This hotel is our favourite stop over hotel.     Dated. Several items in rooms need repair. Mosquitos in rooms. Was told hotel was walking dustance from airport - was not. Did not feel safe in evenings walking around. However, market across street. Restaurant good. Nice sitting areas around lobby, making waiting a pleasure. Good customer service with smooth check-in/out.

    Allowed early check in and date change. This hotel offers excellent rooms, very helpful front desk staff and great housekeeping. Perfectly positioned close to Lertrod Kitchen, currency exchange and Phuket Airport. Love this place and a short walk to Sirinat National park and Naiyang beach. Thank you Ai for a lovely 3 day rest up after a long international trip!
