Location

This beach hotel is perfectly located in the area of Patong Beach, the most beautiful beach in Phuket, on Chalermprakiat Road. Many attractions and local facilities, like a shopping centre and entertainment complex, are right nearby. It is around 15 minutes' walk to Patong Beach and Patong Town. Phuket Town is around 35 minutes' drive away and Promthep Cape is also some 30 minutes' drive from the hotel. The resort is about 50 minutes' drive from Phuket International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 77 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge).     This was a nice hotel with a spacious room. There was a strange lack of privacy for use of the bathroom a blind was needed to ensure privacy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast each morning was good with plenty of choice. The pool area was nice but difficult to enter the pool without walk in steps. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice calmness about the hotel and it was nice and quite in the evening time and night,The hotel was a distance from the center which made for a lot of extra walking.

    I had a super relaxing stay at this resort. Big and spotlessly clean room and bath. Quiet despite a perfect location and really good value for money. The bath tub was super nice too.

    I don’t leave many negative reviews online, but this hotel isn’t a 4 from 5 experience.You can hear every customer opening and slamming their door, and every conversation from the drunks to the cleaners from about 9pm to 9am.I would never stay here again.

    Check in was great. Room was great, bed and shower, the best that I have had tripping around Thailand. View from balcony was stunning watching the lightening. Breakfast was delicious and pool was refreshing. Thankyou. Regards Lorraine Howard
