    Friendly atmosphere and very clean throughout the hotel. With a working lift to all six floors this is a great choice if you struggle with stairs. You do need to walk up one flight of stairs to the rooftop Sun deck and pool. Located on a quiet street day and night but within a few hundred yards from Bangla Road (the strip) and just 100 yards from Patong beach. Lots of great restaurants and bars around and I can recommend the Taj Mahal at the end of the street. Lovely staff who really can’t be more friendly and helpful.

    The room was very nice and spacious but most importantly the staff were excellent l. I definitely recommend if you are staying in the Patong area . There are many amenities around so you aren’t stuck for places to eat. The beach is also very close by.

    Had my 3rd Stay at crystal beach again after a few years and must say I was very happy yet again. Very good price, staff were all very friendly and accommodating, room and pool were nice as always, good location- close enough to nighlife without being too close, and many restraunts and convenience stores nearby,and only a short 2 min walk to the beach.The only slight downside is the restraunt/bar area in the lobby is not in use- would have been good to be able to get a small meal/breakfast or coffee/beer at the hotel. Maybe next time though!

    When we first arrived we were very disappointed by the appearance of the place and the rooms and the pool from the pictures we had seen from when we booked on line! The lady at the desk seemed to be nice at first, but seemed to be in our room more than us and came across very intrusive !! I am a lady who likes to take care of my appearance and I do wear make up I got the tiniest little bit of make up on the hand towel (I will include a picture of this ) I didn’t think anything of it iv been travelling for years and never had a problem!! When I arrived back from my day out I was called to the reception by the receptionist in front of a busy area and greeted with a hand towel that was placed in a little bag with my room number on it!!!!! And she told me you have got something on the hand towels !! With pure embarrassment I just said I will clean it for you it’s only make up it will come out and it was only bb cream so not even thick! I took the towel and left it in soak while we went out came back and she pulled me again asking me where it was! I took the wet hand towel down to her clean and she was then questioning what towels we had in our room! These do not get cleaned daily! I informed her that we had no hand towels only the 2 bath towels in there she seemed very concerned !! I then went back down to let her know about the fact we only had two towels and myself and my partner caught her holding this hand towel up in the light checking for stains!! Never in my life have I felt so embarrassed or had to wash my own towels supplied by a hotel!! Will strongly advise not to waste your money here!! There are plenty more cheap hotels to spend your money on!! The pool is merky run down and dirty ! We also booked a superior king room and we were very disappointed as they didn’t have one available but gladly took our money for the superior king! They don’t seem to understand when your not happy and get rather angry !

    I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. I thought it would stay here again, As the rooms were well looked after on my first stay here. It was nice to see that the rooms are still looked after. The staff was absolutely excellent, and helps in every way. It is a short walk to the beach, as well as the entertainment centre on Bangla rd. I definitely will stay here again, and would feel very comfortable sending friends here.
