    Serious water problem ruined our stay

    The hotel is well located and housekeeping was done, though bedsheets were not changed daily.However, our 4-day stay was dominated by a serious water supply problem. From day one, the tap water was black. We reported this multiple times, but the issue was never resolved. Because of this, we could not take proper showers, which completely disrupted our plans and caused a lot of distress.Although other aspects of the hotel were acceptable, the ongoing water problem ruined our experience. This is a major issue that needs urgent attention.Don’t forget to ask about water supply is clear or not.

    Its a cute little boutique hotel near to the Patong beach. Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms were neat and clean with enough amenities. Got a room with a sitout area even though I booked a room without balcony that had a very nice view. Can smoke outside the room in that area as well. Just opposite there is a seven eleven store for supplies. All these facilities at an affordable price from Agoda along with their cashback made this a good property to stay at specially for guests that are looking to book affordable non luxury stay

    This is the best hotel in all of phuket without a doubt.I stayed here for the first time in 2017 and been here many times after that.the best thing about this hotel is the extremly nice staff.they are so kind and helpful.i will be back in April and really looking forward to it.Love it.Best regardsDaniel Eilertsen.

    It’s our second time staying at frutta boutique and it was a great experience. We first stayed at fruitta boutique about 4 years ago and we are glad to say that the standard is still as good as before. Room was very clean and service staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. We will definitely be back again :)
