    Great hotel, especially for a boys holiday but also family friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the staff make it even better especially May, Pang, Fluk, Ploy and Tar. Nice to get the night started with drinks and a view. Rooms are spacious and unlike other places, the AC works!     Horrible hotel, feels like a cheap hostel - DO NOT STAY HERE!This hotel is listed as a 5-star, but it feels like a very low-quality hostel. The staff was incredibly disrespectful, cold, and unprofessional. They completely ignored our requests and refused to help with anything.We booked a pool access room and it was a total nightmare. Zero privacy—people were constantly sitting on our balcony, and there was nonstop, unbearable noise from both the pool and the hallways. It was impossible to rest.The food was awful and of very low quality. There was no variety at all, and everything ran out quickly without being refilled. A complete waste of money. Save yourselves the frustration and book somewhere else!
