I was staying in this hotel on march 2025 . Very clean and comfortable . Absolutely closest to the beach . If you want to hotel only for rest and shower , it will be more than enough . Everyday was make up service . Also owner of the place very friendly and kind person, we called her “mama” . Thank you for your hospitality .

Excellent value for money hotel near Patong Beach. Mam is amazing and her family/staff very helpful. Room was cleaned everyday and the air con a life saver on a hot day. Would recommend to anyone wanting value for money in the centre of Patong.

for anybody looking for great location super helpful staff and of coursegreat value for money I would highly recommend to stay here.Being in a wheelchair accessible in the room was fantastic with lift access the only down side was small step getting into the building but the owner assured me ramps are on the way make things easier but the staff are always there to help

excellent hotel near patong beach and 5 minutes walk from Bangla, excellent clean and comfortable rooms deposit safe and air conditioning good, friendly and professional staff, excellent quality price, I will be back soon, Claudio

This is by no means a 5 star establishment, so don't expect such. Having said that, it is clean, comfortable and good value for money. Mam, the owner, and her family/staff are very nice and are keen to help with any queries, airport tramnsfers etc.I stayed here for a month over Feb/Mar. You can walk to the beach in about 3 minutes.If/when I return to Patong, I would willingly re-book the Nice Hotel.
