A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 65 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including crazy golf, a gym, callisthenics, aerobics, a spa and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    It was a great experience, we tried the pool access room and pool access suite, very clean room, friendly staff especially Bua and Tang, looking forward to stay here again 🙏🏽😇❤️

    My experience here was amazing! I didnt expected much at first because i booked this during promotion rather cheap but when i arrived im just happy with everything. The staff treated us so well. i struggled with my agoda app purchase but the kaunter staff helped me through well. The room was spacious and beautiful and the breakfast buffet was good to me. They had different menus everyday. I loved their omelet station! Thank you for the wonderful experience during my stay. I will visit again next time ❤️

    Stayed in Palmery resort.Cool atmosphere, Cool staffs (esp. Mr.Bam, Ms Wan, Mr Tang, Ms Bua at reception).Helpful service, we lost room key but they made the situation so easy and cool.Food serving side are very polite and fast reflex.Rooms are clean, affordableNear to beach (walking distance)Thanks to everyone there. ☺️

    I booked this resort with TUI, through a reputable local travel agent,expecting the rooms advertised with a pool at the end of my terrace but was put in room on the second floor with minimum toiletries and tea and coffee. I was told I had to pay more for the room with the pool as I'd booked pool view not pool access!The bed was uncomfortable with a 9 inch ledge to get in and wooden chairs as sunbeds with no cushions. The bike was broken in the small fitness room and no exercise class. Breakfast was simple but ok, the curries were nice and the staff pleasant but didn't speak much English. Shame there wasn’t more choice of fruit.The young girls at reception refused to let me check in earlier than 2 o'clock after a 30 hour trip from London and didnt seem to do their best for the clients. Not much English spoken and hard to be understood. I asked if I could have a later check out at 2 as my flight was at 730 but again was refused by reception even though they allowed my friends to leave at 2. I asked the cleaners to do my room an hour later at 1 o'clock but when I got back after an excursion nothing was done and reception told me I should have put the sign up. No water, teabags or clean beach towel. The place is very clean and the gardens are beautiful. The bell boys spoke a bit of English and were polite when they drove the beach shuttle but this is not my idea of a 4 star hotel advertised by TUI. As room assignments are subject to availability on the day of arrival, you were allocated a second-floor room with a pleasant pool view.2. Early Check-inWhenever the reserved room is fully prepared before the standard check-in time of 2:00 PM, we are pleased to invite guests to check in early without requiring them to wait until the official check-in time. Early room readiness depends largely on when previous guests check out and how quickly housekeeping can complete the cleaning and preparation process.3. Late Check-out RequestsWe are generally happy to accommodate late check-out requests whenever possible. However, if the room has already been reserved for arriving guests on the same day, we kindly request that guests check out by the standard time of 12:00 PM. This allows our team sufficient time to prepare the room for incoming guests scheduled to check in at 2:00 PM. Just as guests appreciate early check-in when available, we must ensure fairness and consideration for all guests, both departing and arriving.4. Bed and Sunbed DesignThe design and layout of the beds and sun loungers were established when the resort was originally developed and are intended to suit the room concept. Nevertheless, we continuously review guest feedback and make improvements whenever possible, taking into consideration the resort's renovation plans and operational requirements.5. Fitness RoomWe agree that the fitness room would benefit from improvements, and we are pleased to confirm that upgrading this facility is already included in the resort’s future development plans.6. English CommunicationAs our resort welcomes guests from many different nationalities, our staff are trained to communicate carefully and professionally. The English language training provided focuses on standard hospitality communication rather than informal conversational English. We continue to invest in language and service training to enhance guest interactions while maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and respect for guests' privacy and comfort.7. Housekeeping Service TimingWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays in room cleaning. Each housekeeping attendant is responsible for servicing multiple rooms, and cleaning schedules are organized to ensure efficiency across the resort. However, if guests display the housekeeping sign or notify our team of a preferred cleaning time, we make every effort to prioritize the room accordingly. Additionally, should guests require fresh amenities before housekeeping arrives, our staff are always happy to deliver requested items upon request.We would like to emphasize that these clarifications are provided to demonstrate our commitment to caring for every guest and ensuring fairness in our operations.     My son and I loved our time at the Palmery Pesort in Phuket. The lady called Pui was so lovely. We are very fussy eaters and she made sure our meals were just how we liked them. She even left at note for the other staff when she had a day off. She made out stay very welcoming and enjoyable.
