    The hotel was ok but would be far from any of the attraction in Phuket. it was perfect for me to commute for sports center in Thanyapura. But this hotel is near from shopping complexes: Lotus, Home pro, .... etc.

    Hotel was ok and room was very big but seemed unfinished. Balcony faced a dirt track and building housing a kitchen which was noisy at night. You could also hear other guests as there was little or no sound proofing. My friends room had a hole in the wall behind the mirror going through to the room next door and mine had dirty plastic left on all the light switches. It had a kitchenette but nothing to clean with, no scourer or dish cloth.Wouldn’t stay again as you can get better value elsewhere.

    Lost and never found and then found and then lost

    Left mobile charger and cord. Called for help. At first informed me that nothing found until I told where it exactly should be(just near the headboard, didn’t understand why hk could not see it) Then frontdesk confirmed it’s found and promise to keep it. 3 weeks later called to collect it, it’s gone?!?! They sent new one but after a few time of using the changer was dead(cord still work, they bought the same brand)The highlight is calling the hotel. She(frontdesk) defended that it’s good and pre-tested before sending to me. She admitted that it’s from online shop(mine was bought from Apple) but she insisted that it’s good and it’s work. So I tell them I will send it back and try it. The front desk said why I was yelling at her?!?!?! Then she angrily told me she will send new one and slammed the phone down. SHE MESSED THIS UP. I asked them to send to me at first and I will pay for delivery, she denied. Then when someone went to collect it, it’s gone. Then sending me a bad quality one to me and slammed phone down...so this review is the price you have to pay. I’ll give 1/2 rate for this staff if I could.

    This place is just undescribable. It is concrete (so are the beds), dark, the rooms are painted gray with horrible lighting No hot water in the sink. It is like being in a prison cell. There were no cute towel sculptures on the bed, in fact we had to ask for towels. We had to have our phone changed because the one in the room was broken. Black mold on the shower curtain.I've stayed in hostels that were more amenable. Best thing is the 7-11 down the street where you an get some coffeeStay somewhere else. ANYWHERE else

    Located behind Tesco lotus supermarket, 7-11 and local food shop which is great for find something to eat.Hotel room was nice and clean.Hotel corridors were little dark at night (but still ok) Love it
