  The food and service here is excellent. They also have halal food options. Must try the Thai food as well as the international cuisine. I had the salad bar selection with steak as well which was great.

  Location is excellent. I already knew this place that's why i choose this location 5 minutes walk to bangla road the most happening red light area of Phuket. Restaurants, Tour Guides, Taxi, Currency Exchange, 7Eleven and the things you name it are very near by. Staff were too cooperative at least they try to resolve our all problems on our stay there. Rooms were too comfortable for a good sleep. Bike rent 200 bhatt for full day. they provide free Tea and Coffee in the lobby 24hours.There is NO lift. And if you travelling with kids, elder people then you must watch out or avoid this because there are 5 floors and you have to walk till 5 floors with your luggage. We got some sewerage problems in one room and that issue couldn't be solved easily so they shifted us to another room. then that new room also have same issue.

  Update after many years of visiting

  Booked here via email and confirmed in early January as I have done many times before but on arrival 'no booking'The lady on reception was good and once I was able to show the email trail she honoured the booking.It turns out there was a change in ownership a few weeks back and outgoing staff have kept possession of old hotel emails & email addresses and obviously any bookings made directly.All of the staff I had gotten to know & trust over many trips had gone.So everything is pretty much still as it had been in past visits except one major thing.Since my last trip put in new mattresses and they are so hard we are not getting very good nights sleep at all, we did ask two separate staff members could we have an extra doona to place under us on the mattress but nothing. One staff member on the front desk also stated she suffered on the hotel mattresses. They really feel the equivalent of laying on a tile floor with just a single folded blanket under you so be warned. Without thought I would have happily have rated the a Urban Patong one step higher if not for this.A small thing and no proof but for the mention a couple of food bars disappeared from a newly opened box left sitting next to a bag.This is still a convenient & clean place to stay as it always has been at a budget price, worth mentioning it is 5 floors, steep steps & no elevator. This doesn't bother me at all but some might struggle.It does not look anything like the front or reception photos on their website as that was turned into shops a few years backWe had discussed maybe spending our second week here as well but the mattress is the deal breaker and we will be heading off to a newly built resort overlooking the beach instead of course at a higher price

  Cozy Little Hotel

  I love the location of this hotel..it's very near to Bangla Road (!0 minutes walk), yet it is not noisy. It is also about 15 minutes walk to the beach, where me & my husband managed to take a public bus to Phuket town. The hotel room is small but nicely decorated with romantic lights. The room is also well kept and the toilet is clean & spacious. The receptionists are also friendly, although there was some language barrier. But overall it's definitely worth your money!

  The in-charged person really very helpful and cheerful. Although her english is not good, you can still understand her. But you will feel lively and happy everytime you see her and talk to her. She was very helpful by lending me the international convertor. However, this hotel does not supply breakfast. A little distance to reach patong beach. Not much choices of restaurant nearby. With the same price, i would recommend other hotel nearer to the beach.
