    The hotel's layout is a complete labyrinth; trying to find the rooms, restaurants, breakfast area, spa, and gym is a nightmare. Even during the rainy season, the reception desk was full of employees bailing water out of the lobby. They could have installed gutters to save staff time, especially around the small bar that floods and accumulates a lot of water. They could have installed gutters to drain the water or even a roof over the entrance. It's incredibly hot.

    Perfect stay! The room was spotlessly clean, bed super comfy and quiet. Staff at front desk were warm and helpful, check-in & check-out super smooth. Great location, close to shops and transport. Worth every penny, will definitely book again on my next trip.
