    Great for Drivers, Quiet and Spacious Rooms

    We recently stayed at Hatyai Signature Hotel and overall it was a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, which made it very relaxing. There’s also plenty of parking space, so it’s very convenient if you’re driving expecially for Malaysian that is driving in to Hat YaiOne thing to note is that the hotel is not very wheelchair friendly. Although there is an elevator, it only starts from the first floor and the reception is located there as well, so it may be inconvenient for elderly guests or wheelchair users. The hotel is also not within walking distance to the Lee Garden area, so you’ll need your own vehicle or take tuk-tuk to move around.Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re driving and prefer somewhere more quiet and spacious.

    We stayed here on 2 separate occasions while awaiting a flight to and from Bangkok.The hotel offers a small gym with limited equipment in a non air conditioned room and a pool that wasn't really inviting The rooms themselves though are spacious, comfortable with good air conditioning.They don't put this anywhere but they ask for a deposit of 1000 TB upon check in. They offer a free shuttle service to Diana Shopping centre.The breakfast is also limited and I advise you to get there when it opens. It is served between 630 and 10am and when we went at 910 the fried eggs in the hot plate were cold. I asked for fresh eggs to be cooked and they took my plate and re fried the eggs - not fresh eggs.We would stay again for the room but would not eat there.

    Booked this hotel during they having their promotion. Very cheap price but we don't want a low quality of service. The hotel area have too many wild dogs running around and barking around make us felt not safe because we travel with old people and kids. We booked 6persons for 2 rooms mean each rooms sleep 3. But when we asked for additional pillow and towel they want to charge us more. I just wonder i mentioned the number of person during booking and they allowed me to booked. When come to provide amenities inside the rooms they said I need to pay more because they don't charge me earlier. This is not the matter of money but as I said I mentioned the number of person earlier during booking. I am not sneaking in someone.

    Is an excellent hotel, well amazing and fantastic designs Filled with Art for every room Helpful staff. Up to date equipment facilities. Bree bread fast provided in a classic restaurant. Fantastic place to live for a short trip Only the place is out of town and not much of shops near by Amazing is the interior design is amazing. From lighting to arts , can tell the management is strong with delicate people

    this is my 2nd stay here, this trip 3 nights.I ask for a quiet room but I was given 2nd floor next to the cleaners room and the lift.I can hear all conversation of the staff every morning. perhaps the gentlemen during check in was not proficient in english.gym needs to be maintain, the cables are all unusable.the rest are all good, breakfast was great as usual, I like especially local Thai food was included.
