    I stayed at your hotel on 22 June 2025 during a business trip in Hatyai. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to multiple issues I encountered during my stay.Upon entering the room, I found a significant amount of hair on the floor and furniture, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the towel provided. The basin in the bathroom was broken and not repaired or replaced — I was genuinely afraid it might collapse and injure me. The shower area was also not clean, with visible stains on the mirror.Additionally, there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. The electrical plug near the headboard did not function, causing my phone to remain uncharged the entire night. I chose to stay quiet about these issues at the time, simply resting for the night and planning to leave early the next morning.However, the next morning, I discovered that my car had been issued a government parking fee while parked in front of the hotel. I had parked there after checking in, clearly visible to both the receptionist and the security guard who saw me unloading my luggage — yet no one warned me that parking there was not allowed. When I brought this up at the front desk, the lady staff member was neither fair nor friendly in her response. Instead of apologizing, she simply said, “I don’t know,” and followed by saying, “Normally you can park there if the government doesn’t see.” I was shocked and disappointed by this careless and dismissive attitude.I have never given a one-star review to any hotel before, but this will be the first time in my life that I feel compelled to do so. The staff’s lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism was unacceptable. I will not return to this hotel again.I sincerely urge your management to provide proper customer service training to your staff, especially on how to handle guest concerns and respond with basic courtesy, such as offering a simple apology. If this is not addressed, I worry that future guests — especially younger or less experienced ones — will face similar treatment.

    No frills hotel with walkable distance to Robinson, Lee Garden and the Hatyai Train station. Reception service was good, both check-in and check-out process was quick.The room was basic, free Wifi is available, but weak, the room was equipped with television but no fridge. Lifts were not as clean I wanted it to be. Reasonable hotel to stay a night.     Not up to usual Red Planet standard. Poor value for room rate. Needs a thorough clean! Reception staff very hospitable.

    Hotel is not up to standard we expected of Red Planet chain. Asoke and Patong Red Planets are good, clean hotels. Hat Yai branch needs a total clean and bed replacement. Air con had wires coming out of wall. Curtains were dirty. Damaged carpet in elevator entrance is dangerous. Reception staff are efficient and kind. Overall it is not great value for room rate paid.     Overall the stay is average good.1. Location : hotel nearby KimYong Market and Night Market Walk. In the centre of town. Got Foot massage right besides the hotel - recommended as it is clean and not too crowded as at the night market.2. room : The pillow is too-- too soft. Excellent for the water pressure. No amenities provided, so please bring yourself. bath towel and floor mat needs to wash with chloride. 3. Cleanliness - Average .. the lift is a bit terrible... hot and oli smelly. Room Cleanliness is good4. Wifi does not work in the room - No IP detected, has reported to front desk, said will check,,, only check but no feed back for the issue. bad communication.
