    Room clean and comfortable, lots of space for clothes, closet and draws . Bathroom spacious. Huge smart TV with lots of channels. Pool is available until 10pm fitness room 24hr. But the fitness room is small with treadmill, bicycle but no free weights, two machines are available. Around the area is a BK and Popeyes within walking distance, strip mall is being built so more store soon. Not close to Trincity mall but the hotel shuttle is available for guests. Stayed in the 2room suite advertised for 6 persons but it would be a tight fit for more than 3 people. Check-in was smooth and the rep was very helpful with the details.     Very clean. My third visit in about 4 years. Staff are very friendly. Close to the mall. Shuttle to and from airport and mall. Very good Trini breakfast on weekends. Will recommend.     Need to fix just one thing

    The room was clean and well maintained; however, there was a noticeable mildew smell that made the stay less comfortable than expected. That said, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit, which made a big difference. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient and an added bonus was that it also provided transportation to the mall, which was very helpful. Overall, while the odor in the room was a drawback, the cleanliness, great service, and convenient shuttle options were definite positives.     It was my daughter's fifth birthday, and we decided to celebrate by staying at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly yet professional, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Anthonia, Nicole and Gigi at the front desk, as well as the ladies in the kitchen who prepared a delicious breakfast each morning.We booked two rooms, both of which were spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. My daughter absolutely loved the pool, splashing around with her cousins, and we appreciated the generous hours from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Which gave us plenty of flexibility.Throughout our stay, the staff consistently checked in on us, and it was clear that everyone genuinely enjoyed having us there. Kudos to the management team as well for their excellent work behind the scenes.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and my family and I are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!     Great Hotel That Specializes in Airport Focus

    We spent 2 nights at this hotel that specializes in airport service to the local Piarco POS airport. 24/7 airport shuttle gratis and coffees and teas in lobby.Excellent front desk staff at any hour of day or night. Excellent housekeeping and breakfast staff. Breakfast buffet is standard with 4 coffees in machine, teas, tropical dispensed juices, eggs, granola and cereals, chicken sausages. They prepared great breakfast boxes for our 6 am flight. The rooms are fairly spacious with desk, large screen TV with local and US channels, comfy king bed, walk in shower, Dove ® amenities, soft towels The gym is equipped with machines and other equipment with a view of the pool and open 24/7 The pool is outdoors and clean with changing color lights in the pool. Loungers ring the pool that sits near a busy roadway. NICOLE provided info on possible tours for our one whole day stay and we ended up doing a trip to the nature reserveEntry and venue are accessible tables on lobby and breakfast area are accessible.
