Horrific experience and unhealthy hotel

Arriving at the hotel on 01/11/2025, we were confronted with extremely worrying health and safety conditions, making the establishment clearly unsuitable for accommodation.– 1st bedroom: dirty sheets, unhygienic bathroom.– 2nd bedroom: same condition, with in addition non-functional toilet.– 3rd chamber: persistent dirt, defective air conditioning impossible to cut off, intense noise preventing any rest.– 4th bedroom (proposed the next day): empty bottle thrown on the bed, butts, dirty sheets.We do not understand how Opodo can offer a property in such a state. Moreover, the advertisement is false: the hotel does not match the description.Forced to spend the first night there, we changed accommodation the next morning, after reporting the situation to Opodo and the hotel, which today refuse to refund us.We are very disappointed with the service provided and would definitely not recommend this property. Excellent Pension, impeccable cleanliness, sheets, pillowcases and towels changed every day....Friendly welcome...Nice breakfast by the pool....Possibility to have a pizza delivered to the same place...The pizzeria is next door....The Inn is very well located....Can’t wait to come back.... Our 2 night stay became 1 as we found our room had no hot water, no soap, erratic WiFi reception. Combined with this, the breakfast area ( also the pool bar area) had dirty ash trays and table cloths from the night before.
