    It was a good stay, tasty food, nice pool, correct clean rooms, friendly staff but poor animation, burkini allowed, medium beach.

    Unfortunately the hotel has many minuses, it is a poor 4 star place. Today a worm appeared in the food and that was too much to write a bad review. The vacation was not cheap and I did not expect that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

    I don't know where to start....Maybe the good part:- food is made fresh and are local dishes- restaurant / cleaning staff are very friendly and doing a good job- Location close to the beachThat's it.Bad partsStaff- some staff will pick food infront of the guests and will cut in line- reception... lol, do not try to ask anything from them! They will say no and give no explanation. Just rude.- not a big fan of animation team but that is just personal preferrence. They were friendly otherwise- some employees seen smoking and trowing away cigs / napping on guest chairsBeach:- they have beach spot. Which is poorly kept. We had baby with us and there was a lot of glass and trash EVERYWHEREHotel:- Pools are ok- But many benches are broken- Cigerattes EVERYWHERE and I mean it you can't look at the grass and not see cigarettes- our room was ok but leaky AC / and moldy wallsOverall this hotel has a massiv management problem. No real direction for staff. They are friendly but most of them not trained to any standard of a four star hotel.I don't have super high expectations for every hotel. But this has been one of the worst. Like they are lying into your face and and are not ashamed by it.
