Location

Guests can enjoy an outstanding seaside resort experience on the northern coast of Djerba Island. At the foot of the Taguermess lighthouse, the hotel is located on the prime white sandy beachfront and set in the heart of an 11-hectare palm grove. Djerba-Zarzis International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 25 km.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 354 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Equipped with a telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, golf, archery and horse riding. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The holiday village offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    It was my first time visiting Djerba and my first time at this hotel, and I can confidently say that I would love to come back. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. The location is very calm and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. There was a great selection of food, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Special mention to the entertainment team - especially Azza, Momento, Rio and Fedi - for being so welcoming and making our stay even more enjoyable.The staff work very hard throughout the day to accommodate all guests, and there are plenty of activities to take part in. I especially enjoyed the darts and cooking activities. Although French seemed to be the most widely spoken language, we were really impressed by how much effort the staff made to communicate in English and even Czech, which made us feel very welcome.The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We especially enjoyed the food, evening entertainment and the beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Djerba and would happily stay here again!     The Perfect Mix of Relaxation and Fun

    Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff with warm smiles and true professionalism. The check-in process was quick and smooth.The rooms were spacious and perfectly maintained by the most lovely housekeeping staff. Since we stayed during the winter season, the indoor pool was an absolute blessing — the water was always pleasantly warm.As for the restaurant, the food was consistently fresh and the variety truly impressed us. Fresh juices and excellent bottled wine were served at both lunch and dinner. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.We would especially like to thank the animation team for their outstanding work! There was always something exciting to do, yet it never felt overwhelming — we simply couldn’t get enough. We particularly enjoyed the dance classes and Zumba sessions.The evening shows left us in awe every single time.We are already planning our next visit, as the atmosphere at this hotel is truly one of a kind and unlike anything we have experienced before!!!     The location of the hotel is ideal for a calm vacation for families. About 500m from the hotel is the crocodile park, which is worth to see, even for adults. The hotel is well managed. The staff is very hospitable and helpful, and super child friendly, as in general in Djerba. For us, the highlight of the hotel was the food which they offered. They invested a lot to offer their guest a wide variety of tunisian and international dishes, the always offered fresh meat and fish from the grill, especially the fish and their tunisian dishes impressed us a lot. Their variety of desserts is also huge. Their kids club animators were all very kind and did a lot of activities with our 5 year old daughter, she liked it a lot. Also the other activities which they offered for adults were very nice, especially the evening shows. Their garden and beach facilities were neat, clean and tidy, the playground looked quite new and the beach is really nice. From the hotel it is about 20 minutes by taxi to reach Houmt Souk, which is a beautiful city that shouldn't be missed to visit.     This was my first time in Djerba and to this hotel.. First impressions were an amazing! As the holiday went on the food, service entertainment and facilities was faultless.
