    If you love great service, book this hotel!

    Me and my daughters first time in Tunisia! We were the only English guests at the hotel, with the majority being French. All the staff made us so welcome, the animation team went out their way to speak with us daily, as they spoke English. They provided great entertainment, working non stop always offering activities and always smiling 🤩We celebrated my daughters 19th birthday, Ahmed in the resturant was wonderful he made us a special tabel and was attentive every night ! Animation team made it special with an announcement and getting her on stage (she wont let me upload the photos) everyone singing and dancing together regardless of language barriers. Food was fab, I am a pescitarian and my daughter can be fussy but we had a good meal every day always lots of selection and live cooking stations with fresh food 😍 Highly recommend this hotel brilliant value for money, and overall amazing atmosphere! We tried to tip some of the bar staff who refused, as they said they just want to make us feel welcome and they really did!
