Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the seaside town of Yasmine Hammamet and guests will find shops and the beach just 300 m away, as well as links to the public transport network. There are restaurants 800 m from the hotel and the nearest bars are 1 km away. It is 3 km to the nightspots of Hammamet Sud and 30 km to Nabeul, which is famous for its pottery. Visitors can also view a Berber village 30 km from the hotel, and it is 60 km from Tunis and 80 km from Sousse. Carthage Airport is 60 km away.

Facility

17 junior suites, 2 suites and 123 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and badminton. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a steam bath, a spa and massage treatments. A kids' club and a dance club round out the entertainment options.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between bed and breakfast, half board and full board. Breakfast, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety.     Disastrous Stay - Avoid at All CostsFrom the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets and pillowcases. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling.The food was inedible, and the staff at the reception were rude and unhelpful. They lacked any sense of customer service or hospitality.I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider. You will undoubtedly regret it. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel.

    If you are from Great Britain please avoid this hotel. It is unclean, the food is inedible and the staff only speak English when they want too. I have been to yasmine 3 times this year at different hotels. This one is by far the worsed. Believe every poor review you read about this place. The only people here who are friendly is the security guard and the 2 ladies from the spa. They provide an excellent service. Also the garden is pretty but I have sat in better.

    Great sea I went this hotel after stron wind on sea. Because this wind is in the sea a sea grass. The hotels garden mans put the grass in the sea again. Sea was clean For a 3 star hotel is OK. This is a great hotel for family. Food was good wifi justin the reception good cleanliness, kindness of staff, lots of space in the indoor pool. I did not notice any people complaint on...     Good value but just "Good enough"

    Visited in May and this was a mistake. Although the weather was fine, there were hardly any visitors staying and so the service and the food suffered. I love Tunisian food, but there was just not enough choice. The water in the outdoor pool was very cold - it definitely gets warmer at the end of the season. The room and the bathroom were OK, but have seen better days and could do with refurbishment. The one lift kept breaking down and was out of order 50% of the time. Fortunately, there were only 3 levels. On the positive side the staff were pleasant and helpful, and allowed free check-out extension on the last day, which is usually problematic in Tunisia. Free internet was available in the reception area. And while the hotel was not on the beach front, it was only 1 block (300m) stroll from the beach. The Centre of Yasmin is only 30 mins walk away, or you can catch the "road train". The marina complex is worth a visit.
