Location

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Hammamet, 6 km from the city centre and 60 km from the Tunis - Carthage airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 320 non-smoking rooms. Check-in/check-out service is available to guests in the lobby. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests of the resort are welcome to relax in the garden. Additional facilities include a library. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Other features include a telephone and WiFi (no extra charge). A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

The pool area, which includes indoor pools as well as outdoor pools, is the perfect to relax after a full and active day. There are also 2 pools just for kids. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as kayaking and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy banana boat rides and snorkelling. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include badminton and yoga. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. A steam bath is among the facilities available for an extra fee. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

There is a restaurant on the premises. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Thi has been the best holiday I have ever had. The hotel is amazing. The bar staff are so friendly Khalil, Wassim and the rest. The animation team with Jo, Chico, Dragon, Titi, Zizo Nino, Momo and the rest of the team. Activities include yoga and Pilates which is excellent. Aqua arobics, night entertainment with amazing dancing. This hotel is one that will stay with me forever due to the cleanliness from the cleaners, the staff and the pools. You will not be bored here. The food is AMAZING! So many choices of beautiful cuisine. The owner should be proud of his hotel and his staff <3

    Was ignored for being British, the waiters wouldn't come near after getting orders wrong. They very much cater for the French.Rooms are basic with only 1 plug point in a family room. The bath is very high up, have to be careful getting in and out.The reception area is very nice and the staff try to help but can tell English is not really catered for.Food at first was ok but then we realised this was the same for lunch and tea everyday.Does have a nice beach with only a short walk to it.But there is nothing here to do, not a lot of cafes or shops to visit outside of the complex.Can't wait for holiday to be over.The one thing I did enjoy was the sunshine and warmth. Went early and it was gorgeous. Undecided whether we would come back here, maybe a different area of Tunisia.

    For a 3-star hotel, Dar Khayam exceeded our expectations in every possible way. My wife and I originally came mainly for sightseeing and excursions, but apart from the Sahara Explorer trip, we decided not to book anything else because we simply didn’t want to waste time away from the hotel and its amazing atmosphere.Without a doubt, the biggest advantage of this hotel is the animation team and all the activities they organize. We’ve been to Turkey 3 times, Tunisia twice, and Egypt 4 times, and we have never met such an incredible group of entertainers anywhere else. Huge compliments to ZIZO, DJO (the one with curly hair), DRAGON, MOMO, BOBA, CHICO, and TITI. If you enjoy dancing and staying active — aqua gym, dance lessons, table tennis, archery, darts, or badminton — this place is absolutely perfect.Special recognition goes to ZIZO. An amazing person, fantastic entertainer, and an impressive card magician. He shared many useful tips about staying safe outside the hotel, taught us bachata and salsa, and his positive energy constantly kept a smile on our faces.The evening shows were also a very pleasant surprise — lots of laughter, dancing, and great fun. After midnight, it’s worth going with the animators to a club outside the hotel, especially for safety and a great experience.The hotel itself was very clean — rooms, hallways, and tables were constantly being cleaned. The drinks were good, huge plus for the mojitos, and the staff had no problem filling our bottles completely, even with plain water. The reception staff also deserves praise — one receptionist even played “Jerusalema” at 4:30 in the morning so I could dance. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful.The food was tasty and varied — I especially recommend the soups and the green pizza. We ate pretty much everything and nobody got sick, which was a very pleasant surprise compared to some of our previous experiences in Egypt.To sum it up — ZIZO is the best entertainer we have ever met. At times, Dar Khayam felt more like Europe than Tunisia, especially when it came to cleanliness, organization, and food quality.Should you leave tips? Absolutely yes — these people work incredibly hard and truly deserve it.

    Great beach locations, room basic but clean and functional do take an extention cable as only 1 socket, hairdryer in bathroom works great.Amazing views from the balcony, friendly, fun light atmosphere , animation team very professional very straight/strict chief animator has put together a brilliant team this year always on the go and smiling , fun for all ages, huge thank you to all the animators and staff for making our family holiday one we never wanted to end .. dragon, joe, momo, si, alex, chico didi .... mohammed the hotel manager , sabre in resturaunt and moncef .. too many to mention .. thank you all. Will see you 2027 inchallah .. rabi maakoum

    Lovely hotel in a quiet setting

    We arrived on Saturday evening, check in was smooth, staff shown us where we could get food as it was after dinner. Animation staff are fantastic, little Si always with the humour. Getting you involved during the day. They work long hours but always smiling. The older man behind the bar was so funny, always saying thing in Scottish. Food was OK, much the same each day but that doesn't actually bother us as we tend to go out in the evening. Rooms were always clean. I did find it weird for an all Inclusive that they didn't have snacks and ice cream for kids during the day but then I have never been to Tunisia so that on me. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
