The hotel was beautiful with its mix of Arabic nd Mediterranean style and so clean. The entertainment team wer fantastic with including everyone no matter their age. The bar staff and waiters were outstanding, they couldn't do enough for you! The reception staff and maintenance rectified a problem we had in our room and within half an hr we were in an upgraded suite! All in all best holiday ive had 😃
