    The hotel is definitely not a 4* as was sold to us by love holidays. It was filthy dirty and ran down. Stained smelly carpets rubbish laid all over, corridor smelling, the food and drink was not fit for human consumption. Alot of it was under construction while we were there but to be honest it needs knocking down and starting again.We were told there was a beach bar but this was still getting built! Reception staff were unprofessional just kept brushing the questions aside come back tomorrow they were saying etc.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience.We arrived at the hotel at approximately 10:30am. Although I understand that the official check-in time was 2:00pm, the hotel was aware of our presence from 10:30am onwards and failed to communicate that there were no rooms available. We were left waiting with very little information and no clear updates.After waiting beyond the advertised check-in time, we were informed that there was no room available and were offered accommodation at a different hotel. This was completely unacceptable, as we had booked and paid to stay at this specific property.When we were eventually given a room, it was well after the stated check-in time. To make matters worse, a significant portion of the hotel was under construction. We were regularly disturbed by drilling and construction noise early in the morning, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our holiday.The room itself was also disappointing, as there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.Adding to our frustration, we were informed that the Love Holidays representative was unavailable due to a family emergency. While I appreciate that emergencies happen, this left us without adequate support when we were experiencing serious issues with our accommodation and needed assistance.Overall, the lack of communication, failure to provide a room at the agreed check-in time, ongoing construction work, unpleasant bathroom conditions, and lack of available customer support severely impacted our holiday experience. I would like an explanation as to why these issues occurred and would expect appropriate compensation for the significant inconvenience and distress caused.
