Location

The hotel is located just 5 km from the centre of Hammamet. The bus station can be found around 3 km away. The beach can be reached within a 15-minute walk. Carthage is approximately 80 km from the hotel. Tunis - Carthage International Airport is reachable in less than an hour by car.

21 junior suites, 4 suites, 6 single rooms and 164 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Don't stay here! Most awful hotel I have ever stayed in. Power points that don't work, non existent WiFi, mouldy pillows, yellow linen with holes, grey towels (if you even get one) no personal items other than shampoo which isn't refilled or replaced no matter how long your stay. Hair dryer doesn't work. No air conditioner working in the dining hall so sweating through dinner. Dirty plates. Missing cutlery. No dietary needs catered for. The so,called spa is overpriced and noisy with no air conditioning. Towels look like they are brought in by the staff . I had a massage which was not bad but I was left covered in oil. The facial didn't include the neck or decolletage and I paid for the most expensive.No privacy curtains for the glass sliding doors to the garden. The bath was peeling paint. The shower had to proper fixture so you had to hold it. Toilet paper was hit and miss.The loud awful music every night until midnight. We left for an air BNB three days early and wished we had left earlier. But they don't like to refund so we stuck it out.Seems this hotel caters to Algerians mainly who were for the most part awful.

    Absolutely horrendous for English, only good thing about this hotel is the actual structure of the building. Definitely not all inclusive. Drinks are served in tiny paper cups meant for coffee machine, food prepared and pre cooked half an hour before serving and reheating outside(burgers) salad put in sun at the same time. Rooms smell of fags and nicotine stained wardrobes and curtains stink of fags. Disco to hotel starts at 12 midnight until 4am and is so load you can't sleep. If you want to loose wait it's a good choice as we had bad bellies all holiday.

    I stayed in this dirty hotel in july 2024..the reception staff Moufida was very rude and unproffesional..room was dirty ..bad smell..phone not working ..no remote control for tv...not recommended at all to visit this hotel.very bad staff specially Moufida and her colleague Anis.
