  Really disappointed, at first I was obliged to pay extra for my nationality which others do not (the bill is at my level), degradation of rooms, room service very bad no champoing no soap and no shower gel, disaster restoration, the animation was the only positive.I do not recommend this hotel

  We were on vacation from July 5 to 12. The same day of arriving the room that they had assigned us when they accompanied us, we opened the door and ... room flooded. At the time of being there they give us another surprise room, dirty room. At 2 a.m., the day afternoon we complain, and they change us to a junior suit. We think look what good Worse We called the agency to change our hotel. I do not recommend GENS.

  after 3 calls to hotel prior to booking to confirm myself and my tunisian fiance could have 1 room we was told that they didnt have my booking and we could not have a room, after a lot of conversation the manager said if i gave him 70 dinar we could have another room, this never happened we got our double room and my 70 dinar was not seen again, the rooms are very basic but ok just for sleeping in, the food however was totally disgusting, the same food every lunch and dinner,on our 5th night i picked a small cake to have for dessert to see green mould inside, my partner got 2 more and we saw the same in them, i went straight to recepition to complain to be totally over powered by many men asking what the problem was, they 1st tried to tell me it was chocolate then saying it was coffee , both of these are brown NOT GREEN!!!! all they kept saying was sorry but after that i was totally put off eating anything.on many occasions my drinks were served in broken,chipped and cracked glasses and each time i told them they just shrugged and changed them, the day before we left our room never got cleaned and no clean towels so another trip to reception to tell them, the woman did not understand me and i had to get one of animation to translate, all she said was OK, we still didnt get room cleaned or clean towels.the only good thing about this awful hotel was the animation team, lili, tita, fanta amal, dj and lucky are the best bunch of people and made our time at the hotel the best, my advice is dont go to this hotel is awful

  The hotel itself requires major refurbishments , Some of the hotel workers are nice and friendly ( The restaurant manager ) but others are horrible, and just unprofessional like the bar tenders, We payed for all inclusive and I had to struggle at first to get some water (We do not even drink alcohol, I only payed All inclusive for the water.).We stayed here as a family of 7 , a young couple with a baby and two senior couples for a week.The food was OK, but room service was horrible, even though I was giving them generous tips right and left , I had to ask several times for some basics like the towels and shampoos .If it was not for some nice Workers there , this would have been a very horrible experience .

  we arrived at 11:pm with a 12 moth baby after a 3 hours fight tired, baby hungry all we looking for is to rest , well at the reception very rude guys with mean attitude told that i need to wait and they will take care of me like it should be ( that mean that they will make my stay like hell ) after two hours i took the keys of the room first floor near an on going construction block with a strong smell on paint and broken door.. man i comeback to the reception after a lot of shouting and nerves burning they change for an other room in the morning , food like they collect it from the trash , in their brochure they show they provide kids menu , in reality there are nothing for kids , the barman manager is very rude i have to wait for long time to have a cup of hot water to be able to make milk for my kid, no smiling , smuggling , they stole my cigarettes from the room so i decided to lock my self most of the time inside the room so i don't get robbed ... overall ovoid this building
