    The location is superb and the negative reviews are mostly true unfortunately. The hotel needs a good deep clean everywhere.... it is a hotel capable of so much potential yet sadly the lack of investment shows. I would advise that you take dettol wipes and hand sanitizer as well as electrolytes in case of a bad stomach. The lovely maid cleaned our room everyday, and gave 2 towels, no face flannel though or bath robe. We bought our own from the local supermarket. The rooms are a 3* standard, not 5* and no kettle in room. The food in the restaurant had a good selection of salads, cakes and fruit. The Tunisian food was pleasing for our palate but may not be for those who don't eat exotic food. There are many lovely cheap places to eat and drink outside the hotel. The swimming pools were nice enough, the salt water one was quieter as the animation team on the other side. The horse and carriage rides outside the hotel was bitter sweet experience but we did give our custom so they could earn a living. We also booked excursion outside the hotel pool side exit which we're very reasonable priced. There are fixed price shops around for those who find haggling stressful. The olive oil and fig jams and the fabrics were amazing quality. Knock off designer bags etc are plentiful and the shopkeepers ultimately are trying to make a living. Its a good idea to check out the prices that are fixed before venturing into them so you don't get ripped off. A good sale is where both vendor and buyer are happy. The atmosphere in the hotel is lackluster and evening entertainment was quite boring. There are clubs and cafes nearby and the atmosphere outside the hotel was safe.On the whole we had a good time in spite of the negatives, met some lovely holidaymakers and would go back to Tunisia ????.... but not this hotel....

    We had a lovely stay as our first holiday together as a couple, great atmosphere, the most friendliest staff who always work hard and never stop working to try get you up and doing activities, we enjoyed every minute of it and made some very fond memories! Also a special mention to Oscar who is so helpful and friendly, always has a smile on his face when he greets us and works hard

    A very average review and definitely not 5 star, very dated and needs a proper paint and restoration. Food was probably the worst as it was the same every single day, chicken, beef or turkey and if your gluten free it’s worse as they have no options and have to prepare separately (they did this no problem but same food choice). Don’t waste your money on the spa, worst spa experience ever - it looks clean as you walk in and it’s dirty and unprofessional, they sit about on phones, they don’t speak English and it seems more awkward than relaxing- don’t waste your money

    Very nice friendly hotel everyone made us very welcome. They couldn’t do enough for us. The room we were in was clean tidy & spacious. The entertainment (animation team) were super friendly and helped you feel at ease to join in with activities. I would highly recommend.

    Hotel definitely not 5 star but was ok, the food was cold & pretty much the same every day & night, staff all lovely, the spa defo 5 stars & worth every penny & was the cleanest place in there. The salt pool was clean but other pool needed a good clean, Blue from animation & life guards & bar staff all fab always laughing & smiling & goin the extra mile 2 please every1
