    Brilliant staff at this hotel. Friendly so attentive and helpful. The pool bar staff amazing the bar staff fantastic and the entertainment team the absolute best. Mario and Mustafa some of the great workouts ever. Had a couple of lovely massages. The bar pool food is the best but I struggled with some of the choices. Pool area clean and comfortable and beach nice and close.     In a touristy spot, easy to get to other areas in a taxi. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the entertainment staff who were at the pool during the day encouraging guest to take part in activities and in the bar at night. The facilities are really great, rooms are comfortable and pool and bar were a highlight. Would definitely recommend!     This hotel is truly fantastic – beautiful beachfront location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service overall. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is diverse and delicious, and the staff is very attentive and friendly.One Major Issue: hotel staff smoking Indoors at the bar on Friday 12 March at 19:30 hours. It’s unacceptable that in such a high-end property, employees were smoking regular cigarettes inside the closed bar area. When the barman was questioned, he claimed shisha is allowed there, but they were clearly smoking cigarettes, not shisha. This violates Tunisia’s anti-smoking laws in indoor public spaces and the hotel’s own non-smoking policies for interiors.Radisson Blu should enforce stricter rules to maintain its premium standards – disappointed by this lapse.
