Located in the new Yasmine Hammamet area, this beach hotel is situated around 60 km from the capital Tunis, right in the centre of the new yachting port of La Marina. Guests are just 150 m from the beach and approximately a 15-minute walk from numerous shops and restaurants. Carthage airport is around 60 km from the beach hotel.

Insecure 1 Star Lodge Set Up

On Behalf of my wife ( I booked it & she travelled ) : I was a solo lady traveler. Before me reaching, regarding if there any hotel pick ( paid only ) and my late check in 2 email sent , and no Response. The hotel looks like a cheap Motel or Lodge , unfriendly staff , really unclean rooms , no wifi and has to get some one to repair it, lot of suspicious movements around and finally my instinct turned out true, as in the mid of night some one knocked the door, and asked me If I am "Interested" !! I just slammed the door and double locked it Thank God , nothing till morning. I booked for 2 nights, but I didn't even waited for my free breakfast , just got up and walked out, when informed reception that I am moving out , they least bothered. Request to hotel booking websites : Please do not market such hotels , its a shame for you. Solo Travelers - Please stay away.

Overall, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. I had breakfast once during my five-night stay and decided not to have it again. The coffee from the machine was quite bitter, and the croissant was burnt, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the meal.The room itself was basic but clean. Unfortunately, the TV was not working during my stay. When I mentioned this at reception, I was told that it was working, but no assistance or solution was offered.I don’t wish to go into further detail, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improvements to the service would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The service was very bad, the guy in the reception was disrespectful, the staff were very rude and unfriendly, the guardsmen were very disrespectful I don’t recommend this hotel the money doesn’t worth it

Very bad place room is stinky and service is bad please do not come here if there is less than one star then I would rate it a zero the food compared to other hotels is very bad and they serve the same food all the time. They don’t have wifi in the room also it’s very bad only in reception.

This is a four star hotel but it is unlikely to be .Poor customer service, poor hygiene and nothing is working in the rooms starting from entrance door to bathroom ,there’s no fridges and no internet. Beds are in critical condition and matresses are very old maybe not changed over a decade. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and my advise is to avoid at any cost. I would rate this hotel 0/5 if I can.
