The best family holiday we’ve ever had! We honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay! This was one of the most enjoyable family holidays we have ever had, and we were genuinely sad to leave.From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was wonderful, and we felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time.But what really made our holiday special was the amazing animation team. A very special thank you to Leo, Lofti Mahmoudi, who was absolutely fantastic! He was so friendly, funny and attentive, and always knew how to get everyone involved while still being respectful and never too pushy. He really made a difference to our holiday.We had so much fun playing games during the day, especially volleyball, and the evening entertainment was great too. We loved the shows and bingo, and there was always something fun happening.Our two 14-year-old daughter and her friend absolutely loved it. They made the most of every activity and had such a fantastic time that they are already asking when we can come back!And the best proof of how much we enjoyed our stay? We are already booking this hotel again for next year! Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a memorable holiday. We came as guests and left feeling like we were saying goodbye to friends. We can’t wait to come back! ??????

Despite reading some of the negative reviews we decided to give this Hotel a go as we have have had great holidays in Tunisia.BAD DECISION!!The whole Hotel was filthyThe rooms,the corridors,the pool area and the beach were all in need of a deep clean.The biggest problem was the restaurant which was nothing but a health hazard with an infestation of flies,uncovered food,dirty utensils and tables covered in left over food.The food on offer was really poor and obviously aimed at the Algerian clientele who dominated the Resort.The hygiene standards were appalling to the extent that my wife developed a serious stomach bug.The only decent things were the Barstaff who were friendly and attentive and Leo and his team who did their utmost to keep us entertained.I could say more but the other negative reviews are bang on the money .

First time visiting Hammamet and Omar Khayam didn’t disappoint. reception staff were so helpful and kind. hotel rooms were well maintained and housekeeping team was very polite. Food was provided with big variety and absolutely delicious. the activities carried out by the animation team were very fun and entertaining. the animation team were very nice and respectful towards guests, they put effort in to spending time with their guests and making sure everyone was enjoying their holiday. big thank you to the whole team at the hotel, especially the animators Madou, Alex and Leo they were amazing so many good memories made i will definitely be returning.

I recently returned from this hotel and I can honestly say it's the worst place I've stayed . The place is so run down an is nothing like the pictures.the room was disgusting an filthy. We was ignored by staff and the manager is rude . The food was not good except for the pizza . I pictures online make it seem lovely.. trust me it's nasty .

We had a wonderful stay at Omar Khayyam Resort and spent four amazing days there as three female friends. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.A special thank you to the staff at the reception, in the dining area, and at the bar for their kindness and professionalism. In particular, we would like to mention Louai, who works the morning shift at the bar. He was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, and his positive attitude truly enhanced our experience.We would also like to thank the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room every day. The room was always spotless, tidy, and very well maintained.The animation team deserves a special mention as well: Iago, Hossem, Dudu, Alex, Sparta, Madu, and Lion. They were energetic, friendly, and made sure there was always something fun happening around the resort. We took part in various activities throughout our stay, and thanks to them, we never felt bored for a single moment.One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its direct access to the beach. The sea view is absolutely beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort.For a 3-star hotel, I would happily give it a 9/10 rating. The staff, the food, and the overall vibe were honestly 10/10. The only area that could be improved is the air conditioning in the reception area and the dining room, especially during hot days. Improving this would make the experience even more comfortable for guests.Another great touch was that the hotel screened the World Cup matches on large projectors, creating a fantastic atmosphere for football fans without having to leave the hotel to watch the games.I would also highly recommend trying the beach activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, and other water sports. The team there is very professional, friendly, and offers fair prices.I am genuinely writing this review from the heart. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we created wonderful memories during these four days. I would definitely recommend Omar Khayyam Resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday in Hammamet.
