    We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from UK travelling through Tunisisa, we stayed at this hotel last year a group of 8, stayed in a lot hotels in Tunisia over the years, this hotel is one of the best but like everything in life it needs a lot of improvement, the highlighs for us is the food, considring the number of people they cater for food standards is good. However, you can notice a decline in ingredient quality since last year's visit, perhaps due to more budget guests staying and more budget clientele, Improvement in bedrooms ( they look tired and worn out), waiting staff needs to be happier, but I don't blame them as the pay is probably very low, reception team also needs to be more smiley, especially Big thanks to Issa from SPA team, he is a gem. To rate this as a 5 stars would be hard Perhaps will give this hotel another chance when we come back, and hopefully our feedback will be taken on board

    Recently returned after 10 days for my birthday with my mum. Absolutely stunning hotel with 2 pools and great beach front. Breakfast was plentiful with a lovely omelette station, fresh pastry and juices. Lunch at the snack restaurant was phenomenal with fresh barbecued fish daily, traditional Tunisian chicken and lamb dishes, and plenty of fruit and salad option. Ben Ali and Moez were absolutely lovely. Dinner always featured gorgeous fresh pasta, seafood and meat options, with the chef regularly making rounds and saying hello which was a lovely touch. Rioo on the entertainment team was hilarious and always happy and polite. Jamel at the pool bar made great G&Ts. The room was lovely, apart from a few ant infestations but as soon as we called reception the maintenance team came straight up and sorted this for us. Housekeeping was also fabulous. Only negative was that there was no air conditioning in the room as it was during off-season so it got quite hot in the room. We asked for a fan but there were none available unfortunately. Amazing time here, made lots of holiday friends and this was a perfect birthday trip - definitely recommend!

    We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso hotel in Tunisia. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. The hotel felt incredibly safe, spotless, and well looked after at all times, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.What truly makes this hotel special is the staff and entertainment team. Every single person works so hard to make guests feel happy and comfortable, and their kindness and friendliness really stood out.A very special thank you to Eskander, the lifeguard at the beach, and Ahmed, the lifeguard by the pool — both were absolutely fantastic.
