Entertainment team was the best bit

Positives first… the beach is stunning and all the staff can’t do enough for you.The entertainment team are the best we’ve ever met. Midi is a fantastic boss and it shows in his team. Lulu was our favourite and boy can he dance but the whole team were so lovely and work so hard. The evening entertainment was the best part of the day. JJ, Gim, Zuba and all the rest of the team have incredible energy and always checked we were ok every day.Now the negatives… the food during our first week was awful but after several complaints it improved in the second week. Our room wasn’t very clean and the whole hotel needs a bit of tlc. It has plenty of potential so hopefully it improves soon.

Entertainment team best thing about the hotel

The animation team are the most positive thing about this hotel (and no they did NOT ask me to say that) Mido, Lulu, JJ, Gim, Zouba and Oumayma work sooo hard d every day and always check we are ok. They are the best entertainment team we have ever met.The rest of the hotel is in need of some TLC and a good clean, food was poor the first week but improved after several complaints to the manager.

Hotel in need of a referb. It was kept clean but everything was very dated. The food was very dissapointing. Same options every night and most of it wasnt even warm. If you wanted a sunbed by the pool or beach you had to be out by 7am to get one. What made the hotel was the staff. All very pleasant and helpful especially the entertainment team. Every single one of them went above and beyond to give you a good time. I would not go back to this hotel.

If you’re looking for a relaxing beach holiday this is it! No blaring music, no noise just lovely calm. As I have mobility issues (can’t walk far) it was ideal. Only one wide flight of stairs but optional slope to use instead.Tui - you let yourself down at arrivals, no obvious staff to indicate where to go( Jet2 staff were obvious indeed we asked them) A very long wait sitting in the bus with NO explanation for the delay. Most passengers were dropped off at hotels in Hammamet Yasmin town we were the last stop. Due to the delay we arrived at 1.30 were dropped at the gate as entrance too small the turn bus around) Eventually having brought our own cases inside we arrived at reception to a vague welcome from the night receptionist. Upon enquiry he vaguely waved in the direction of the 24h bar, showed us to our room which was LOVELY. A huge bed with a small terrace outside French windows.We walked down and took the lift to the bar which is, superb. There we met Mohamed and the ever energetic Fami. I’ve never seen a waiter like Fami with such elegance, attentiveness to people wanting to order. Brilliant guy. Next day after breakfast we hit the beach, walking past two pools and arriving on beautifully clean sand. Our stay for 7 days was spent on the beach drinking gin and tonic or rhum and coke. At this time there had been electrical shortages which affected the factories producing mixer drinks, so some days no Coke some days no tonic. Totally out of the hotel’s hands.But we had great chats about this with the waiter Didi who was charm itself, always ready to bring drinks from the bar. This hotel was perfect for us, lots of sunbeds whether on the beach or around the pools.One point I would make; the main pool is deep all over which came as a shock to me - once you’ve used the wide concrete steps you are in deep. Another point is all inclusive includes snacks not left over pizza and salad from lunch. To avoid this take a plate of fruit from the restaurant with you to the beach. We were told when we checked in that we had 1/2 free massage. When trying to book this we were bluntly told no space available at all during our stay.Same applies to the à la carte restaurant that we would have liked to try. No space available until 12 September !So we ate at a restaurant close by which was recommended by a receptionist. It was called La Bella Marina. Absolutely fabulous fish restaurant but they do serve steaks too. The wine was top class. Very reasonably priced. All in all I would love to go back (and I never do that) thanks to Fami, Didi for a great time and great memories. But I will book a taxi to and from the airport. That if course has nothing to do with the hotel but a big let down by Tui. Standing in the street waiting for the coach to the airport wasn’t pleasant.

I loved staying here the entertainment was amazing especially a worker called JJ and Gem were very helpful and made the experince alot better
