    It was a bad experience, security so disrespectful and workers too , it costed me alot to do that trip but found nothing interesting, instead , i found disrespect and irresponsibility for no reason .

    What an amazing time. Just what we needed. Excellent hotel, beautiful decor and such lovey staff. The staff went above and beyond for us, made our stay exceptional. The room was a very decent size, love massive comfy bed. Lovely bath, and shower with double sink in. Flowers and designs done on the bed eveyday, was a beautiful touch. The food was something different every day, and it was lovely. There was always something for us to eat. The entertainment staff were especially pleasant and made sure we had things to do and places to go. We felt like royalty and most definitely can't wait to come back. It's most definitely our kind of holiday.

    of all, the reception was average. We did not find a place to park our car, and the second parking area was very far from the hotel.The hotel’s design is very beautiful, elegant, and classic. It is a family-friendly hotel with quiet seating and relaxation areas.The food buffet is very repetitive at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It feels like eating the same food every day. Also, guests are not allowed to serve themselves; staff must put food on your plate, which feels uncomfortable and not suitable for a hotel.The fruit quality is poor, especially mandarins and oranges, and quantities are very limited. Fruits often run out quickly.There is clear discrimination between foreign guests and Arab guests. Foreigners are treated much better, while Arabs are not respected or valued, which is unacceptable.The room is acceptable and clean, with hot water always available and no insects. However, the bedding had a very strong chemical smell that caused allergy issues for me.

    I will say don’t come Very bad food not staff help full Food is not good also very less food and test less. Drink variety is not available we purchased all inclusive but if we want cocktails we need to pay separately. Please don’t come this hotel you going to waste your money and your holiday.
