    The Worst Hotel Ever!

    The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Throughout our holiday the staff have been hostile and aggressive towards us. We have constantly been expressing our thoughts to management, with their response being 'we dont care'. They have moved us rooms 3 times. The first one due to a bad leak in the ceiling which they thought was acceptable. We were NOT going to be staying in there! The second room (inclued in the photos) were disgusting. The bathroom walls had human feces, the toilet was peeling away from the floor. The AC unit in the ceiling had mould growing on it due to the poor hygiene/upkeep of the rooms. This was brought to the attention of staff which they blamed on guests having their doors open! With that we then got moved to the "newly refurbished" rooms which were no better. Cracks on the walls and ceiling, mould again by the AC unit, graffiti on the stone above the headboards. We spent £600pp for 3 of us for 5 nights, I wouldnt stay here again even if you paid me too! The food was very bland and dirty, chicken under cooked. There was flies everywhere in the restaurant. They were eating better than what we were!! Constant smell of urine and poo throughout the hotel and surrounding area. During our last day here we spoke to Sofin the owner, who told us that he couldn't care less about our issues during our stay and it 'wasnt his problem'. Just shows you the state of the hotel and the lack of management, rude and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!!

    Never again the bathrooms are disgusting mould everywhere if your English they don’t care it’s our first day and we already wannna go home they tried to put us in a room that had a leak the floor was covered in water the images on holiday sites makes it look lovely but it’s not 2 star hotel at the most never again would I return here stay away from this hotel

    The hotel is in great location, walking distance from the beach and shops nearby. We spent 9 days in the hotel and the experience was good overall. The rooms are not the most luxurious and littlw out dated, but you have to expect what you pay for. It is not a 5 star. Our room was cleaned every day and the cleaner also formed butterflies from the clothes left on the bed. Due to the climat and being located on the groundfloor we found occasional bugs but this had nothing to do with cleaning issue.The staff is ok, some happier than other. The kitchen team was great. The animation team was excellent. They really make a difference to the hotel.Zodiac hotel has a private beach which is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. It is ok but the all inclusive does not valid there. Overall the hotel is good value for money.
