  Had the best time in the loveliest hotel. The food was really nice and never any rushing to get in or get a table so that mad it better. The beach was the softest sand and I stood there staring at the sea for quite some time as I didn’t know the sea could really be that colour (the sort you see on films or travel magazines). It was the most amazing blue and very warm. The pool was very nice and also warm and the hardest choice all day was whether to swim in the sea or the pool. The room was nice. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in the bathroom with a good shower.   I have never felt unsafe in tunisia till this hotel

  This was my two family members first time on hoilday out of the UK I have been to tunisia three times and i have never felt unsafe till the last day in this hotelBoth my family members were asked by different hotel staff for there numbers and for there WhatsApp Then when going to get food before leaving the hotel my family member was then asked for her WhatsApp and asked if she wanted to go to a dark place a kiss the hotel staff this made my family member very uncomfortable and unsafe to go and get any food as staff member was watching them elborj mahdia, Propriétaire at El Borj Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are truly sorry to read about your experience and would like to express our sincere apologies for the situation you described.   Best holiday experience I ever had!!Staff are very friendly and bubbly!! Should definitely be a 5 star hotel!!The entertainment was insanely amazing especially Nino!!Would definitely be coming back next year
