The hotel is located on the private beach just 2 km from central Mahdia. The train station is about 3 km away and it is only 7 km to Akouda.

Guests have a choice of 2 junior suites, 3 suites, 7 single rooms and 182 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus.

The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. With paddle boating or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics, aerobics and handball. There is a wellness area with a spa and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

    I've just come back, had a lovely holiday, the staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. I found the food lovely, always lots of choice, fresh fruit, salads, standard dishes and Tunisian dishes. The site is beautiful, beaches are lovely, would defo go back again, thank you for a lovely holiday as a solo traveller

    If anyone ever says to you “Let’s go to Tunisia for a holiday” … tell them to do one.We’ve just done 14 days there, and honestly… never again.Nearly 3 hours flight, then almost another 3 hours stuck on a coach to the resort — and when you finally arrive, you’re wondering if the place has already been through a war zone.First night after that nightmare journey?Kitchen closed.“Don’t worry, there’s an all-night restaurant.”Cold cauliflower soup, questionable meat, cold potatoes, cold rice… absolutely grim.And that was just day one.Within hours, we were helping a girl whose room had been broken into after she was attacked — security couldn’t have cared less.Food poisoning concerns? Management basically shrugged.Bar staff acting like they own the place.Constant fights.People vaping wherever they want.Chaos everywhere.Family resort? Not a chance.More like lads’ holiday hellhole.People drunk, screaming at all hours, dragging furniture around rooms at 4am, blasting music, sex in toilets, staff chatting up guests… absolutely no control.Sleep?Forget it.Between roosters going 24/7, drunks stumbling in all night, and security doing absolutely nothing… you’ve got more chance of rest at a building site.Food was awful.Atmosphere was worse.Management seemed useless.And the journey home somehow topped it all off — screaming kids, drunk idiots, vomiting chaos on the coach…The only decent part of the whole trip was one expensive meal OFF the resort.So in summary:Beautiful idea.Horrendous reality.Tunisia? Never again.Save your money, save your sanity, and go literally anywhere else.
