  Muy bien situado, pudiendo hacer recorridos a pie directamente desde el hotel, para poder ver las principales rutas de Londres. Autobús en la puerta y metro muy cercano. Trato estupendo, muy amables. Los dueños son muy divertidos y todos tienen en cuenta tus necesidades. Tuvimos un percance en nuestra estancia y se adaptaron para ayudarnos y facilitarnos la situación. Volveremos ya que ha sido una muy buena experiencia. Perfectly located, allowing you to walk straight from the hotel to explore London’s main attractions. There’s a bus stop right at the door and the Underground is very close by. The service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The owners are great fun and really take your needs into account. We had a small issue during our stay and they were incredibly helpful and adapted to support us. We’ll be back, as it’s been a really great experience.

  Convenience and care

  We just returned from a one-week stay at the Luna Simone in London where we truly felt warmly welcomed and cared-for. Yes, the room was small--and very clean. And there was no elevator, which we knew in advance--so we got in even more steps! The hospitality of Peter, Bernard, Mark, Tony, Mariana, Steve, and everyone there was beyond compare. We appreciated the quiet location of our room and the hotel in general. The 24 bus right outside was a huge plus, and the Pimlico underground just down the street got us wherever we needed to go. As we made our way through the crowds in town, it was always good to know we would leave them behind each evening for a peaceful night's sleep! At breakfast we would select from a menu and could also make special requests. Accommodating, always cheerful, helping with directions and recommendations for places to visit and eat, making our stay in London a delight. We will definitely plan a return visit!

  The staff is so friendly, the breakfast is great, the room was comfy, the location was prime, and overall great value. Would definitely recommend!

  A fabulous time at Luna Simone

  Just returned from a trip to London with my daughter and a friend. Spent five days at the Luna Simone and I have to sing its praises. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and we were given a lot of information to help our trip. The customer service was over the top. We had a great time talking to the two owners and the other staff there. Delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a very convenient location. If I get to return to London, I would stay there again. We all had a fabulous time.

  This hotel is in a great location, but that too is reflected in the price paid especially during the English summer. It really is not worth the money. The hotel is tired, and needs to be updated in areas, stair carpet, sticky dirty bannister's and on a hot day yes even in London all there was to keep cool was a slow moving ceiling fan. Rooms are small. The English breakfast needs an update and modernised too!!
