  Awful hotel

  The hotel was awful. Our room was dirty and unclean with obvious dirt in many places, with the toilet being unclean when we got there. Housekeeping was not done properly and we often came back to the room looking the same apart from the bed being made. Often saw housekeeping staff on the their phones and not actually cleaning. The shower did not work properly and the water was always cold. We were told by the maintenance person that this is a common issue with the hotel and the shower can only be used at certain times and that it will not work during busy hours as there are 200 rooms. When we raised this issue we were told that “you should only have a quick shower in the cold for 5 minutes” (we had our toddler with us and were shocked when this response was given). The corridors were always dirty with plates of food being left outside rooms with some still having food on them. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The food was terrible with no variety. They did not have any fruit apart from apples and oranges which I have never seen from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast pastries were often stale. The positives were the pool was great and it was nice to be on the beach. The animation team were also friendly. Despite the positives I would not recommend this hotel and definitely think there are better ones out there.We were very disappointed with the hotel and would not return to this one in particular.

  All in one it was a really good holiday with really hot weather.

  The food isn’t the best if you’re a picky eater. My dad enjoyed the food as he isn’t a picky eater. The hotel rooms were okay some parts of the room were a bit dirty such as things weren’t wiped and bedding wasn’t changed and bathroom was a little dirty. The rooms are really nice tho such as nice bed, big mirror and all the things you need. The best things about the hotel was the staff, the staff were brilliant. Really nice and kind waiters. Anything you needed they would help straight away and get you what you want and need. The animation team are amazing so kind and generous. All of the staff make you feel very welcome. They are that kind my parents got matching tattoos with 2 people from the animation team who have been an absolute blessing to me and my family. I will forever miss this experience and are planning to revisit soon.

  The staff were amazing especially the entertainment crew!!
