  The worst hotel ever i seen , unfriendly staff , high price , i do not know who gives 4 star to this hotel , very bad conditioner , bad internet system . ugly outside view . the shower is broken and we did tell staff they said " if you do not like this hotel , you can chick out " ????????

  Room was cleaned daily (thank you to the cleaner on floor 2). Location was a 15 minute walk to Kizilay Centre. Breakfast was decent and the reception staff were ok.Exterior of the hotel was better than the interior of the hotel. Room was a bit dated. The carpets had stain marks on them- we couldn't walk with bare feet. Bathroom fixing was coming off the wall.During our last day, one of the hotel staff was very adamant that we needed to take a taxi with him even though we told him we already made arrangements. Then, when our taxi driver came to pick us up he started arguing with him that he shouldn't have come which made us feel uncomfortable.

  I liked their service and regardless that check out was at 12pm, they let me leave my bags there untill I left for airport. They were friendly and some of them speak English as well, but of course not all of them. However, I suggest this hotel as it was very clean and room was so nice

  I stayed in Ankara Plaza Hotel because of my business trip. The hotel really satisfied me since the only important thing for me to have a deep sleep. I really appreciate the comfort of the rooms. Buffet breakfast is appreciated. The price-quality performance is really high level.

  Tis hotel is placed in the center of the city and closer to well known places such as tukish parliament building, kizilay square and som minister buildings. Personel were kind except in restaurant whose responsible for breakfast. Breakfast menu was expensive for the participants from outside. This hotel should change its breakfast policy.
