Location

The golf hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings next to the sea and a white sandy beach. Monastir town centre and its many shops is approximately 12 km from the club resort and Sousse is around 15 km away. The beach hotel is only 10 minutes from Monastir airport, and next to an 18-hole golf course.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 145 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Valuables can be securely locked in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace.     Dirty. Took a shower walked around bare foot and my feed were turning dark. Bed sheeds had stains on them. Shower curtain tuched the tub floor so its germ infested

    Shady HGV timeshare sales staff

    Rooms and hotel staff are amazing, but this is a timeshare location and the HGV sales staff are sleezy “used car salesmen” type that will lie to your face and make false promises to get you to sign away your hard-earned money. They have no concept that people that buy in as owners will come back to call them on their lies during follow on visits.

    Resort is spread out across many acres of land. Plenty of pools and entertainment options. Room was large, clean and very nice. We had a blast!

    Rooms were clean and comfortable. As we were on the move quite a bit, we didn't utilize the many amenities, but we enjoyed the experience. I would recommend, especially if you love the surrounding attractions which were all a stones throw away!

    We were in building 28 in a two bedroom suite. The suite smelled badly of cigarettes and it did not seem well cared for. Half the electrical outlets were not working and the toilette didn’t flush properly. There is no housekeeping service during your stay. The room was dusty and didn’t seem clean. The beds had no fitted sheet just a flat sheet loosely throw n over the mattress protector. The pillows had no covers on under the pillow case and they were old and misshaped. Needless to say it did not leave room for a peaceful sleep. The pools are very far apart and would require a very long walk or drive. No towels or receptacle at the pool. It did not at all have a resort vibe. It’s like staying in apartments. No good views at all. There is no way I would buy a timeshare here. It would be such a waste of money.
