Honestly one of the best hotels ive stayed in staff very friendly an helpful, pool amazing, room spotless would highly recommend for families or solo travel

LIBERTY - its a liberty to class this anything more than 2 star, why do Tui use this hotel beats me. I have stayed at over 15 hotels along the Tunisian coastline, holidays there are now at 21........ out of all the hotels I stayed in Tunisia, thhis has to have been the worse. I describe the Liberty as a cross between ELZ BELLS - (Carry on Abroad) from Beans and Chippins to Brown Windsor soup - the food was awful; The Solana Benidorm had better facilities - Liberty even had a Neptune, Next door. The only good thing I can say was the pools, water quality and pool management was excellent. The worse thing was paper and plastic cups for every drink, restaurant and bars. Water is supplied but not bottles, you have to fill your own containers from the water dispencers in the bar or restaurant ( here come the plastic cups again).Food was boring and repetitive - mostly salads - keep away from anything with sauce like curry pr pasta sauces (meat) - I am still suffering with the runs, 5 days after getting home..............The room was excellent, road view with the sun late afternoon, towels and sheets changed daily.Animation - poolside were OK, too hot at night to sit and watch them perform, no visiting acts that I saw.Transfer by but - drop off in the road directly outside, dragging heavy cases 75 years to the steps to be greeted by a porter to carry it the last 3 yards and stand expecting his tip!!! airport run your own responsibility from you room to the front main road..........Restaurant and pool staff were great, bar staff were miserable slow and couldn't care less attitude.Wi Fi is free, but poor quality is far from reception. Rooms were spotless, restaurant and bars looked old and tired. Air Con - fair throughout, room always cool - no mozzies!!!!In all, a very disappointing 7 days - this place was a 3 out of 10. Tui be warned!!!!! Customers will tend to expect better for their hard earned Cash. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Flight was spot on. Hotel was poor. This is more like a 2.5 to 3 star hotel, not a 4 star! Animation team and waiting staff were fantastic, couldn't have asked for better. The kids enjoyed the water slides. Unfortunately that is when the good stopped. Food was ok, but one night they had a fish/seafood night outside with nothing else to eat. OK for me but people that can't eat or don't like seafood there wasn't any alternative other than chips or salad. Other holiday makers we seen getting pizzas delivered due to this. It's the first time ever I've stopped in a hotel with no plug sockets to charge phones/iPads etc, I had to but a 4 gang extension lead and unplug the TV in order to charge anything. Aircon in the room is non existent, as we were there in the middle of a heat wave we were literally sweating in our rooms on a night with the aircon being so poor. Drinks were ok, but a very very small selection to choose from and NO bottles of water to drink like you normally find in a 4 or 5 star. Twice I had to go to reception and ask for toilet paper and towels. The maids would take the towels in the morning and they would not be any clean ones until mid afternoon. No good if you needed a shower early to go out somewhere. There was 3x of us in the room but only ever 2 towels put in, even after I asked for an extra one they took 3x away and only returned 2x. It seemed like the hotel does not have enough towels to change on rotation, so they get washed and returned the same day. Pool towels are only available between 9am and 10am I think it was, as we got there after 10am we would have not been able to use the pool in 49c heat so ended up walking to the nearest shop (about 10 mins away) and buying some. There is a shop on site but it is expensive. Overall for the price we paid it was tolerable, but we wouldn't go back!
