Location

Conveniently located overlooking the sandy beaches of Monastir, this family-friendly beach hotel is the ideal spot for a family holiday. Guests can walk to the bus station or the beach. The historic city of Monastir is located approximately 10 km away where guests may find restaurants, pubs and a tourist centre. A 20-minute walk will bring guests to shops in Sahline or to the train station. Monastir International Airport is located roughly 2 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 234 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     Atmosphere was soo nice,hotel is big old modern but clean and everybody are great and helpfull from the staff specially my friends from animatons Team with who I spend most off time ;! So really thanks Zinade aka Shakira,- monte - damino - tatah aka tuba - ali aka mamba - ayman thank u so much and waiter bilal and salah the prepared good drinks ;! I hope evrybody be enjoy the staying at this hotel ;!

    September 2024 we went The hotel wasn’t very clean rubbish every where the beach was mucky rubbish everywhere, however floats where reasonable and they entertained the older children fantastic job, the pool wasn’t clean, however gym was good, spa was good, entertainment team was fantastic every night something happening, food was ok local village not much was haggled a lot but over all ok. We hired catamaran went to see the Colton’s had a swim fantastic for €100 brilliant had about 4 hours.

    I'm very disappointed with the hotel because no update to the 21st century, the food is the same every day, I gave a hotel 0 out of 5!!!!No mini fridge (pay daily and put it in the room)No charger plugs (one television and one bathroom) hotel reception went shop and bought me a plug extension.No iron and board in the room.No TV remote in the room (gave me a remote from maintenance)If u want all, then you have to pay an extra charge for a week. The hotel needs updates.The weather is very hot daily, but the special water bottles come out of the fridge and the water bottle warm not cold enough. Not enough ice cubes. Also, fake alcohol bottles do not real taste at bar at hotel and at the beach. Foods: 0 out of 10 because dead taste no seasoning no hot peppers 🌶️ spices.

    Just got back from a weekend break here, as the last weekend before the resort closed for the year we where very suprised that we had the whole hotel to oursleves. The staff where approachable, restaurant team where friendly and the lifeguard turned the water slides on so we could use the freezing cold pool. Exceptionally refreshing shall we say. The hotel appeared clean overall however its very basic with lots of little obvious repair works required to bring up to scratch especially in the room such as, Shower curtains replaced. Hand rails in bath falling off the wall, silicone needs replacing, NO fridge, NO tea or coffee facilities in room, NO safe UNLESS you pay for it. Outside areas could have done with some simple gardening such as watering the dry mud and letting the grass grow, weeding and sweeping on the concrete areas. Main hotel lobby traditional and very clean. Restaurant areas very old fashioned but clean which is the most important thing.Took a walk to the beach which is about 4 minutes by foot, very messy and not looked after but was fab to see the police on their horses on the beach. Sun beds limited and I wouldn't have wanted to pop my towel on the sand due to the broken items in the sand.Didn't venture out into the local areas so unable to comment.All inclusive drinks are very restricted, gas went in the coke machine and they didn't replace it (appreciate it was end of season but they could have used coke bottles as an example) so it was either beer or water on vodka shots- we bought coke from the onsite shop which was very handy however feel that is somthing the hotel could have and should have done as its an all inclusive.Location about an hour from the airport.Overall 5/10 for our November experience. I can imagine this hotel been busy during its peak seasons. It was a pleasant stay for a weekend away we didnt realise upon booking that this hotel would be seasonally closing or its last weekend so I do think we missed out on a lot the hotel fully has to offer but I personally couldn't have stayed a full week here even during peak season.

    Avoid Avoid Loveholiays and Hotel Liberty Resort

    I booked a solo holiday through Loveholidays and had an extremely distressing experience. During my stay, I was assaulted by a female masseuse at the hotel. I immediately reported this to two members of staff, expecting they would escalate the matter. I did not report it to the local police because I was alone, felt too scared, and trusted the staff to handle it.On my return, I raised a formal complaint with Loveholidays. Their response acknowledged the distress but stated they could not investigate and that reporting to the police was my responsibility. While I understand they are an agent, I do not accept how dismissive and unhelpful their approach was during such a serious situation. For solo travelers, this lack of support is alarming and raises serious safety concerns.I also complained to Hotel Liberty Resort after returning home. Their response was equally dismissive. They claimed I had not provided the names of the staff I spoke to, but staff do not wear name tags. I did provide the name of the masseuse involved, yet they still refused to escalate the matter. This shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for guest safety. Beyond this incident, the hotel fell well short of what I would expect from a 4-star property. Check the reviews below, about this hotel especially the standard. All true. Just for clarity, I'm writing this review now because I was hoping I would be taken seriously and between the hotel & Agent I booked with, this could be resolved. It has not been resolved and I've been left scared.
