An older 3-star hotel with a few quirks. The accommodation is clean, though there are issues like air conditioning dripping into the room and terrace doors that are hard to open. The food is good, but the experience is marred by a frequent lack of plates, cutlery, and glasses, as well as long queues. However, the hotel makes up for this with its staff—whether at the bar, in the dining area, or the Coralia animation team—who are generally incredibly warm, friendly, and communicative. It is a very pleasant stay for children, with the pool and the sea (featuring a gradual entry) just a few steps away. Creating a non-smoking area—perhaps near the children's pool sunbeds—would be an improvement, as smokers really detract from the experience when traveling with kids. I could certainly imagine returning to this hotel, as we were generally satisfied overall. A big thank you to the entire staff for creating such a friendly atmosphere.

Not a good experience.The food was very average, with little variety and not very tasty. Many lights in the room were not working, and the phone didn’t work either.We stayed 2 nights and 3 days, but nobody came to clean the room or change the towels and toiletries.The beach was very dirty and not good for swimming. There were also almost no entertainment activities.For the price, I don’t think this hotel deserves 4 stars. Not worth the money.

Great hotel with great service!

We stayed at this hotel with my family for a vacation. The food was excellent, and special mention goes to the chef, Mudhi (I don't know how to spell it). The staff was very friendly and helpful; I haven't laughed so hard with the bartenders by the pool in ages. Hugs to Muhamed Ali from the restaurant, he's a great guy. The rooms are typical Tunisian standards, with air conditioning. It's close to Monastir. We'll definitely be back next year. Thanks to all the hotel staff for the great atmosphere.

One man on the reception called Dhia was really nice to us and helped us with everything we needed like towells, gave us new shampoo and shower gel and he always smiled at us, also mostly every barman was really friendlly too, the personal overall was really great in here
